1. This noting hedging bets by the warmists. Since it’s now impossible to prove that man made global warming is real, they can continue the attack on Capitalism, but using this dim proposition.
   This dimming thingy can be overcome easily, by not bothering to wear sunglasses in the bright daylight.
   Just think of the upside … no more squinting means fewer wrinkles means we will all look a bit younger. Now who can argue with that benefit in this vain shallow world we now live in.

7. The observations are correct it’s their reasoning that is whacked, We were only the other day commenting on how many stars are visible now in the sky over Vancouver BC Canada(not on the European continent you’ll notice) or the fact the Moon is nearly always still visible in the late morning.
   Seems to me the simple answer is the Earth tilts on it’s axis ( again simple grade school science), Not that man does what man has been doing through-out history, burning carbon to cook food, heat their homes/huts/caves or fertilize the ground through fire.
   It would be funny if these idiots ideas were not so crushing to freedoms and the economy.
   This kind of social engineering scheme through fear mongering should be illegal, it’s not as if there is an inkling of truth to their destructive arguments or that the economic harm of it is not real, to move money from the real commodity/consumer markets to the imaginary punitive CO2 market is a crime against all humanity and should be treated as such. fraud is fraud and these people are gaining while being guilty of perpetrating the fraud of man made planetary crisis.

    What happens to the billions of dollars that are being traded in Carbon credits when countries decide that the credits are worthless, and they quit purchasing them?

14. GLOBAL DIMMING is just a clumsy attempt to explain away the FACT that whatever warming that was observed was just the PDA (EL NINO) ended a decade back…..and it has been irrefutably cooling since.
    The other AGW faction is “adjusting” records to prove continued warming and insisting that this years colder than usually winter is in fact warmer than normal…
    Conclusion: they are persistant but unskilled liars.

15. This reminds me of what my 11 yr old son told me yesterday. He said his teacher (gr 6) was talking to the class about Global Warming being caused by humans. He has heard my bf and I talking about the issue so he asked her “Isn’t Global Warming a myth?” and she said “No”. But then, she went on to say that the issue is still being ‘heavily debated’. Okay, if it’s being debated, how can she tell her students that it is NOT a myth? Next week is parent-teacher interviews so I might just have to talk to her about my concerns on teaching students something that has not been proven. If she calls it a theory and talks about other ideas too, such as the earth’s cycles, sun cycles, etc, I don’t mind. But I DO mind one idea being taught as fact when it’s heavily debated and unproven.

Kez, I have and old cousin in New Westminster who is in the process of losing her house, but she has donated lots of money to the scam artist Suzuki,WWF and believes everything these charlatans say. Ask the teacher if this is what we want to “save the planet”, also ask her how much she has donated, and why hasn’t she, after all this is the only planet we will get!
