Then he would increase it to $400 for any family with income $38,000.year or less, with all families guaranteed $100 per month. This is rich, literally.
He then estimates it would cost $17 billion per year, compared to $13 billion Tories presently spend.
Oh, but wait, the $13 billion includes child tax credit and associated programs. So, Jack will you scrap the child tax benefit. Well, that means a pay cut for the poorest. Good job Jack – inflate the h**l out of the present program, and reduce benefits to poorest.
Or spent at least $40 billion per year, and keep the child tax credit. What’s this guy smoking?
