    Yeah, right, RoC. The left is OK with it, eh, just tenderly concerned that the rubes stuck in fly-over country won’t get the satire? That’s it dude! A literal interpretation of Hillary’s “politics of meaning” eh?
    Perhaps you could pass this theory on to BHO who you may recall lodged a infamous slander against the denizens of “fly-over country” referring to them as: “clinging to their guns and their religion”. Perhaps he can go back and offer seminars to those poor satire-challenged sods.
    Thanks lookout. Really, I just don’t think it is possible for him to win. He’s too thin-skinned, too insincere, too egomaniacal, too connected to hard-core radicals, too checkered in his past, too much of an appeaser (9/11 was our fault — lack of empathy, he suggested not long after 9/11) too much of an America-hater.
    I feel in my gut that this guy will crash and burn after a long series of high-powered gaffs. And the heat isn’t even on yet.

    But he’s no Christian either. Black Liberation “theology” is not Christianity. It’s pure Marxism with pews.
    He’s got no core beliefs at all, in fact: except the belief is Obamessiahism.
    But irwin, he is probably right about the school not being technically a madrassah. On the other hand, his father wanted him to learn the Qur’an by heart in Arabic which he didn’t understand. So, the point is a bit mute. His childhood friends, however, said that he was very devout.
    But, really, this “is he a muslim or isn’t he a muslim” is a bit of red herring and probably not the best way to go about beating this dangerous narcissist.

    Monkey eared cartoons of Bush no longer have any effect whatsoever so a PC incorrect splash is called for.

  9. I enjoyed this cartoon almost as much as the New Yorker cover depicting a drunk GWBush sniffing cocaine, laughing at the casualties in Vietnam as he kicks back onhis extended AWOL leave. Or maybe the one showing Laura slamming her car into her ex-crush’s in high school and killing him (must be that sense of guilt that keeps her serving as a ‘front’ for her mass-murdering hubbie).
    Or maybe the one of McCain deserting his first wife’cause she was disfigured, and following his boner in the direction of his millionaire heiress!

  15. I watched Anderson Cooper last night on CNN. He had three talking heads. One of them was a David Gergen. Mr Gergen was formerly an associate of Republican political entities.
    The disturbing thing was the almost identical demeanor of the three men, in regard to the cartoon. It was almost as in unison as when someone used the word “gravitas” some years ago. The indentical condemnation by rote, of the cartoon.
    A right wing talk show host played the sound bites- gravitas, gravitas and more gravitas.
    The chill cold deadly hand of political correctness is slowly invading the good old US of A. At least as far as the MSM is concerned.

    I guess they missed “Chimpy MacHitler”. Yep, depends on whose ox is gored.

    9 US soldiers died and we are poking sticks at each other over this crap. I stopped reading the follow up posts after my last one it seems like a silly discussion now after learning of the deaths.
    This has taken focus off of what should be the main issue of the day.
    The US public needs to be more informed of this war and push for more support from it’s own military and some NATO countries.
    Can we at least agree on this?

    Listening to Obama and his various time-lines for withdrawl talk is just so much dream world theory.
    Depressing that so many think he knows what he is talking about.
    McCain states clearly that allowing the enemy to refresh and regroup behind the Pakistan line can not continue.
    Training police and military for security and stable government is a difficult and expensive * no time-lines* duty.
    Otherwise, allowing Iraq and Afghanistan to revert to Iran backed terrorist nation bases is equal to throwing away all our hard won freedoms.

    Every break has an add on it. This is great for their company as it just moves the topic right up front again they make it news to help push their upcoming special.
