    The negative effect on Cuba, and the long suffering of the people doesn’t matter, apparently, because he BELIEVED!
    I don’t know the psychiatric term for Stone’s condition, so will fall back on an old Manitoba expression we used to have just for people afflicted with this type of logic, “shit for brains”.
    Crude, and unworthy of the intellectual debating level of the blogosphere, I know, but then what can you expect from a humble peasant.

  5. For people like Stone everything is relative.Because their position gives them the power to talk to anyone they will be certain not to get into a cat fight on either the right but especially the left primarily because they enjoy the access to other famous people.

  6. Say what you like about Castro, but if anything, he was a true “believer”.
    The fact he believd in his power and with that power he could subjugate a nation and he did, very much so.
    Murdering his enemies with brute force, until he could surround himself with like-minded sycophants to hold power in a regime of terror.
    Castro is human embodiment of brutal communism and Castro and the face of that evil here on earth.
    All Castro proves that humans can exist on this plane of conciousness for good and evil.
    Oliver Stone like Taliban Jack Layton are luke warm to communism,- called socialism in polite terms.
    There is nothing to learn or admire of Castro, or either for the mindset of Taliban Jack Layton or the Oliver Stone’s of this world for that matter.
