When the New Year’s Eve carnage was over, Tracie Egan was left with wine on her walls, vomit on her walk-out roof, broken possessions and a $450 cleaning bill.

At this rate, we’ll soon be reading stories on missing prostitutes last seen getting in cars with strangers.

  3. Bottom line is, where does personal responsibility come into all this. There’s no doubt in my mind that if you play with the bull, you’ll get the horn.
    You party, WFO, non-stop with an unending supply of booze and drugs, it’s going to do you. And somehow, somebody else is to blame? Give yourself a shake. As I always say in cases like this, Don’t worry, the bruises will soon heal. What bruises? The ones where the person put the gun to your head and made you drink and take the drugs.

    She has a long way to fall to hit rock bottom, I only hope that this is it for her.
    As for the Party Slut. She’s heading for a similar catastrophe, only with her, no one is going to care.

  10. I might add however, that I have nothing against sluts. I had some of the most memorable times of my youth with sluts. What can I say? They are a nice frill.
    I’d rather have 72 sluts in my life on earth
    than 72 virgins in my after-life in heaven.

    The Islamist refer to the USA as the Great Satan, ever wonder why? In Islam Satan is a whispering tempter whose temptations lead one into things like sexual promiscuity. In Islam the idea is to eliminate not ignore Satan, thus Brad’s comments are not as delusional as you would seem to imply. Reducing anything that happens in this world to one cause is foolish but it is just as foolish to dismiss a cause simply because you don’t understand it.

  14. A “cleaning bill”? Time was we drunks wielded our own Ajax & paper towels, instead of hiring some poor illegal aliens to scrub our puke outta the carpet. Kids these days, huh?
    I’ve been clean & sober for 15 years. I can’t really comment on her behaviour, therefore, having had my share of boozy, ill-advised sexual encounters, the hazy memories of which still make me — literally — shudder and blush.
    All I can say is she’ll feel lots of regrets one day — if she’s lucky. If she’s unlucky she won’t be feeling anything at all.

    I’ve always been curious why, if a guy does a hundred chicks, he’s a stud and a hero. If a chick does a hundred guys, she’s a slut and a pariah.
    I’m not saying this one didn’t get what was coming, but I’ve always found the hypocrisy a little fascinating…

    I don’t for one minute think that jihad is superior in it’s moralty. Not at all. But some in the west really pi** them off.
    Consider; Islam, Muslims, whatever, require the women to be covered in public, only with male relatives, arranged husbands, women cannot be on the loose, may not be allowed to attend school, no bikinis and heaven forbid — no flirting. Got raped ? 100 lashes, that will learn ya.
    Then consider; These same men demand that all their women be sunserviant and have no right what so ever to play on men’s desires and any man who allows themselves to be openly seduced by a women — well drives them crazy. Sign of weakness, eh. heh.
    And consider; These same men saw the most powerful man in the world with his fly down in the Oval Office. Bit of a distraction ? Other hand on the switch that could errase Islam.

    Could be 10% truth and 90% fiction when you consider the name of the blog and the trashy novel writing style.
    What a great way to get valuable recognition and thus sell sex drama novels and articles no matter how poorly written.
    Canwest*s Misty Harris and Tracie are probably friends through the Gawker Media Blog.
    This may be Tracie*s way of aiming for the big bucks as a fiction writer.
    Just speculation on my part. I*m certain if Conrad Black was in Toronto, many heads would roll. = TG

    I think this depraved young woman and her equally uncivilized and demented friends are a good advertisement for stay-at-home moms.
    I’d wager my year’s salary that she was neglected as a child, probably came home from school to an empty house and, essentially, brought herself up–badly.
    When a whole nation of kids is neglected, because both mom and dad, or mom alone, are out working and taking care of business, rather than concentrating on their kids and the fact that good manners and civilized behaviour are caught and taught, they don’t just happen, no wonder we have an epidemic of sleazy, skanky, disgusting behaviour in our twenty-something population.
    Hey, this train’s been speeding down the track for a LONG, LONG time, and individuals and groups who forecast the colossal trainwreck were called “intolerant, up-tight, no-fun, dinosaurs.”
    I was often called “an overly protective parent” and “a prude” because I expected my kids to behave a certain way and monitored their party-going.
    On the other hand, my twentysomething kids haven’t turned out like this gal. I’ll take the name-calling and labelling and will try to refrain from saying “I told you so.”

  38. Uhh, rule number one for hosting a raging NYE party is that the host(s) stay sober, or at least only mildly buzzed. Hosts that are trashed have lost control of the situation, and have put themselves at risk for damage, and certain legal problems. This is event hosting 101 material, guess she skipped that class.
