20 Replies to “Moral”

  1. Did the MSM widely show terrorist’s beheadings of Westerners ?? No. Why not ??? Because it would show their friends, the terrorists, in a bad light ??
Will they think up some excuse to show Saddam’s execution ?? In a way that presents the Iraqi Govt and Americans in a bad light ?? I would bet on it.

  2. I didn’t want to see Kevorkian administer euthanasia to anyone, and have no desire to see Saddam’s hanging. Twisted voyeurism in both cases, IMHO.
B.Hoax, I think your money’s safe on this one.

  3. The horns of a dilemma for the MSM- just what do you report?
“Yanks say Polar bears need to be protected”vrs “Native rights need to be protected to sell hunting rights to Yanks”
“Sir Paul says dont hit the seals” vrs “Sir Paul may hit his wife”
“native burn bridges at Caledonia”vrs “white guy carries a flag at Caledonia”

  4. It’s almost impossible to make the “correct” moral decision when you have neither morals nor moral codes.
Without either, it comes down to which side you’re on: Dr.
Death and Assisted Suicide (MSM says, “He’s cool.”)
    or
George W. Bush and Western Civilization (MSM says “He’s/It’s bad.”).

  5. Indeed. Morals are required in order to have a dilemma in the first place. Politics is the deciding factor in this case, calling it a ‘moral’ decision is just to cover up their politics. Cowards.

  6. For the MSM it is my belief that it is not so much an issue of reporting the execution vs the pandering of the masses of people for the sake of a fifteen second video clip.
The news is that the execution did happen, and I am glad of that, and it was reported adequately. I personally do not believe that I need to see it to believe it did in fact happen or for entertainment or closure of any kind.

  7. The networks in a Dilemma? These same networks showed Americian bodies being dragged through the steets of Bagdad and other places:snipers setting up to kill Americian solders with a head shot. But thats news value to them. Sick as…..s.

  8. being a libertarian atheist, I draw no moral conclusions on these issues, but it does seem a little strange that lefty moonbats encourage the killing of fetus’ and seniors, but get all upset when it is the killing of tin-pot dictators, cold-blooded murderers and blood thirsty terrorists….very strange indeed!….MOONBAT IDIOTS!

  9. Ken E, EXACTLY.
The sanctimonious MSM POS have no qualms about showing an American soldier being dragged through the streets behind a pickup truck but are reluctant to show the hanging of a mass murderer, yes, they most certainly have a moral dilemma. I think it should be mandatory to watch, it might give the leftovers in this Country and elsewhere a sense of reality to go along with their self proclaimed moral “high ground”.

  10. another big MSM dilemma
mentioning the “gassing of the Kurds” and not using the word “weapon of mass destruction”
saw a CNN broadcast , they actually said , “put an end to Saddam Hussein’s extraordinary life”,
yes is strictest terms “extraordinary ” means “more than ordinary” but the usual context in modern times is of accomplishment and good.

  11. Just saw it on Fox News. Go to their web site. There is a link to it. You can see Saddam being dropped from the gallows and shortly thereafter he is shown dead with the noose still around his neck.

  12. quandry or not, HERE’S THE HANDHELD VIDEO
http colon slashslash www dot filecabi dot net slash video slash saddam-hung dot html
(when are people gonna learn to hold the friggin camera STILL ????)

  13. kingstonlad, What does “being a libertarian atheist” have to do with not having morals? Morality is being able to tell right from wrong and being able to live with your choice.
I do however agree with your observations about the left. Strange indeed. I also heard a reporter refer to the time when Hussein is scheduled to be murdered. Talk about wearing your opinions on your sleeve.
BTW, Happy new Year to all “usual suspects” here at SDA and Kate, our ringleader.

  14. What does “being a libertarian atheist” have to do with not having morals? Morality is being able to tell right from wrong and being able to live with your choice.
Atheists have only their own opinion to tell them right from wrong. Just like leftards who say they have morals, and if you don’t like those, they have others.

  15. Atheists have only their own opinion to tell them right from wrong
I would submit that this applies to everyone, although theists are more likely to unthinkingly assume the opinions of others.

  16. I heard some wacko atheist the other day say if mankind were wiped out evilution would start all over again.
Well helloo, why did it stop?
