Treasonous Galloway received millions from Saddam through Oil-For-Food coupons. Galloway will follow Arafat into infamy’s graveyard of hell.

Galloway Spews Incitement in Syria
On Syrian TV, British MP George Galloway panders to Arab hatred of the West; its pure incitement and in an earlier, less PC era it would have been considered treason. The indispensable MEMRI TV has captured and subtitled his appearance: … Its not the Muslims who are the terrorists. The biggest terrorists are Bush, and Blair, and Berlusconi, and Aznar, but it is definitely not a clash of civilizations. George Bush doesnt have any civilization, he doesnt represent any civilization. We believe in the Prophets, peace be upon them. He believes in the profits, and how to get a piece of them. Thats his god. Thats his god. George Bush worships money. Thats his god – Mammon.

Galloway (on ANB TV, July 28, 2005): Most of the children, most of the schools, most of the buses, were bombed by the United States. Lets keep this clearly in perspective: Most of the children who died in Iraq were killed by George Bush, not by Zarqawi. Most of the schools that were wrecked, buses that were bombed, hospitals that were destroyed, lives that were taken, were taken by George Bush, not by Zarqawi. Number two: Most of the resistance in Iraq is not Zarqawi, Its not foreign, whatever foreign means when Iraq is occupied by 250,000 foreign armies. Most of their resistance are Iraqis resisting the foreign occupation of their country. Most of the operations which they carry out are against the occupying forces and their collaborators, and this is normal in every liberation struggle.
Is that a Canadian flag on the dude’s sholder????
The only way to describe Michael Yon is…
one of a kind.
“Is that a Canadian flag on the dude’s sholder????”
Can’t be…. the uniforms not green, don’t see any spray cans on the ground either. Also he has a gun, that’s illegal… it better be registered or the screecher will get him…
Looks like one to me. Probably something else.
Good point though rob…

Nope. He’s a Yank. The Canadian flag is worn on the LEFT shoulder of the Canadian CADPAT uniform.
Always glad to help.
Rob, the Cdns now have proper desert cam uniforms, as I noticed in a photo of some Cdn. warriors on their way to Afghanistan. Don’t know much else, though. The gov’t isn’t saying much, nor even the DND. Wonder why?
There always WAS a desert version of the CADPAT uniform. A small stock of them was provided for in planning (enough for a battle group I think – but I’m guessing here) but it was never going to meet the demand.
If you’ve ever had to wear combat uniforms on operations, you’d know that no matter how sturdily they’re made, they get worn out pretty damn quickly.
It’s the sweat, grime, rips, snags and rubbing and all the repeat high-temperature field laundering that breaks them down so fast.
The logistical planners always tend to be conservative about consumption rates, after all, they’re on a budget!
I’m not saying it is, but it LOOKS like it….
Didn’t Yon just dispatch something about soldiers from AROUND THE WORLD(Canada included) fighting the Good fight in Iraq, AND getting American citizenship?

That’s been the norm for quite a while, actually.
