    1. Interesting, but she doesn’t use the word Muslims once in her video. Also she came across as almost hysterical in parts speaking over people. They have enough rope to hang themselves without Rempelle coming across like a jilted Girl friend or something.

The video was essentially Michelle Rempelle narrating all the times she was talking over people and being hysterical.

If she wants to have a real impact she can go knife her globalist swamp creature boss Spineless Scheer.

    2. Nobody loves Michelle Rempel anywhere near as much as Michelle Rempel does.

      1. How absurd is it to tell corporations to ban workplace services that are vital to the well being of employees. Time is of the essence, often there are 12 hour days and for these people.

These meal services provide a 24 hour year round service within most large corporations. They are vital to the company. The employees that operate said services have benefits they would not get anywhere else. They like their jobs and compensation and often work for decades before retiring.

Politicians cannot expect changes that could disrupt things like the provision of vital services. At least the corporations know what they are doing.

        1. It’s a little more complicated than that. San Fran is turning into a bit of a pooh-hole with drug users wandering around restaurants looking for spare cash to get high. High tech companies are building “campuses” (really fortresses) where their employees never have to leave the safety of the company gates for food, daycare, etc. Restaurant and shop owners are caught in the middle. The people outside your store front are using drugs while all the Facebook employees sit safely on their campus weighing their vegan options and drinking their better-than-Starbucks coffee. This is how vibrant cities disintegrate. And there is no easy answer. The ideal solution would be to get rid of all the vagrants and close all the employer restaurants (if your goal is have a vibrant downtown). But that will never happen. The law proposes that only new office buildings cannot have employer supplied meals. Typical political reaction to a real problem – too little, too late. Meanwhile who wants to go to stinky pooh San Francisco?

          1. We’re fully aware of this sad situation, of course. Yes, it’s a little more complicated. This ruined state is a result of Progressive political manoeuvres. They create the problem because they have a solution.

They probably want to bring Real Estate prices down, and this is a plan for the initiation of a mass exodus. It’s working very well so far. S.F. is a Port city. There may be other plans that we may not know about, long term. Is this is using the land wisely, ie. “highest and best use?” Surely, not at the moment. Time will tell.

The new office buildings being mandated to not having employer supplied meals is a joke because there won’t be any new office buildings or business start-ups. Not until they clean up the stench and get the drug users out of sight. Laws can always be rescinded.

The California government needs better people, Liberalism has killed the place. The most successful states are the Republican States. Sad, but true.

          2. If ‘vibrant cities’ must die so that the rights of corporations to build campuses must live, then so be it. Not even a choice.

            ” better-than-Starbucks coffee”

            Low bar to trot over.

          3. To UnMe:
You are really stupid beyond belief.
If the San Francisco they are in were the San Francisco of even forty years ago, a truly vibrant city I loved to visit, despite its increasingly leftward slant, then employees would forsake the free meals just to have an excuse to be out in the city.
The reason the companies are supplying the meals is precisely because the city is no longer vibrant, but a shithole. The city is already being destroyed, the campuses allow the employees to avoid the destroyed city.

          4. Meh you don’t know that’s the only reason the campuses exist. When SF cleans up its act or the companies move I guess we’ll find out.

        2. Every time I hear ” America, Land of the Free” I laugh.

As a person with conservative values, this is so “Ministry of Truth” ist.

        3. Thank you for your astute comment, Nancy. My current employer in SF and and past employer in Berkeley ordered 100% of their meals from local restaurants.

          1. @12:57 Robert W.

Well, Robert if you say that some of my comments are insightful about this topic, it is because I lived in that world as well.

No free food here, however it was affordable, acceptable tastewise and available in a timely manner, without having to go further than an elevator ride. All was housed in an air conditioned space in the summer and a comfortably heated place in the winter. Such are the logistics of working in a building that has thousands of people. Having worked for smaller companies, there too is chaos but more flexibility in this regard. It is better to be in the ‘burbs or a small town, where there is less traffic, but less of everything. Take your pick.

Most corporations are quite frugal, yet practical. Mostly, these creature comforts ensure punctuality. It was / is a win, win, situation.

      2. If the law passes, will company supplied free coffee be banned as well? That is an American tradition.
        How is that even constitutional?
The best they can do is make it so difficult to provide meals that the companies give up. They can put up various individuals to file law suits to supply “organic”, kosher, halal, vegan, non-gluten, and on and on.

        1. Let us know if this becomes law in California, since you come from there OldBruin, my friend in M.L.B.

Or Kenji..? You too. Or Robert W..? Or anyone? Can we rely on the Press or K.T.L.A.? I get and watch that channel.

I can’t wait. It’s one thing to mess with rules but another thing to mess with people’s food or booze! Now there’s a food fight waiting to happen!

Toronto’s “mental health” and “gun violence” problems.

A few days ago Vlad Tepes interviewed the former CIA station chief Brad Johnson about Toronto’s “mental health” and “gun violence” problems. In their discussion Vlad and Mr. Johnson speculated about some possible angles to the Faisal Hussein case that the Toronto police might have ‘missed’ (snicker).

His remarks about the professional political class (even Doug Ford) are especially interesting.

The audio is poor in places but stick with it.

  2. The New Zealand widow who told the world her politician husband was a pedophile says he was involved in a ring of abusers which goes to “the highest heights you can imagine.”

Anihera Zhou Black told the New Zealand Herald: “This goes deep and wide, in terms of the pedophile ring, to the highest heights you can imagine. These people aren’t just labourers and workers at fast food restaurants. These people are suits and people in power.”

    https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/news/article.cfm?c_id=1&objectid=12085350

    1. That was a whole lot of hope with little basis. For one thing, the economic boom the article implies is needed for more babies just isn’t here. America has crushing debt too.

      1. Yes yes i know it would be your worst nighmare. Meanwhile the economy is firing on all cylinders. people’s attitudes are positive, they have jobs and they’ll make babies. They also see no need to import more savages like you.

  3. I knew it wouldn’t take long for people to start hurling mud at Doug Ford. But this article is especially delicious.

    https://www.cbc.ca/radio/checkup/with-doug-ford-ontario-is-in-for-rough-and-wild-ride-toronto-councillor-1.4699645

Doug For has the brain of a crocodile.
‘He’d just go for your throat if you were threatening what he wanted in any way’.
“Unlike Trump, Doug Ford is extremely self-confident, says Filion.”

Not sure who Fillion is but he has the brain of a cockroach.

    1. He’s probably this John Filion:

“John Filion, Councillor for Ward 23, has been a Willowdale homeowner since 1978. He has held elected office continually since 1982, first as a member of the North York Board of Education for nine years, including four years as Chair (1987-1990). In 1991, John was elected as a Councillor for Ward 11 in the former City of North York. With amalgamation in 1998, John was elected to the new City of Toronto Council.”

I believe a Toronto city councillor gets about $110,000 a year. Filion has been occupying a seat on some board or council for 36 years now.

You can bet he’d be upset at any downsizing that could well affect him personally!

        1. Problem solving in Toronto council:
Problem? Let’s have a meeting to discuss the problem. Uh the meeting agenda does not address the LGBTQ issues of this problem. Uh, madam, mister, transistor (can’t say chairperson) we’ll need some sort of first nations blessing before we can look at the problem. Uh, what would Marx do? Uh is their a climate change aspect to the problem? Ten hours later; let’s strike a committee to study the long term aspects of defining the problem.
Good on Ford for reducing the council size.

  4. Give Lindsay Shepard a thumbs up. I have no idea if she has a paid position with The Post Millennial, is paid for the article, or if it is a gratis article, but she is on the side of common sense and freedom. Yes, it is the Lindsay Shepard that Sir Wilfrid Laurier U tried to shut up.

In Chilliwack, British Columbia – about a one-hour drive out of Vancouver – school board trustee Barry Neufeld has become one of the only voices on the Board of Education willing to openly criticize BC’s controversial SOGI 123 curriculum.

    1. Turdeau is doing his job. His job is to pose for selfies.
The Turdeau liberals have implemented a government “of the selfie, by the selfie, and for the selfie”

      1. “Crithith? What crithith? I don’t thee any shooterth here where I’m thurfing and thelfie-ing.”

His attitude reminds me of the old joke:

“Your majesty! The peasants are revolting!”

        “Yes, aren’t they?”

      1. I can see it now. If, during Question Period, Andrew Scheep ever gets around to asking the Thilver Thurfer about why he was silent after the shooting in Toronto, the answer will be that he was doing important things for Canada, which would be more than the “previous government” ever did. Inevitably, that side of the House will explode in applause, led by Ralph Good(for nothing)ale.

    2. Prime Minister Castreau could never do anything better for this or any other crisis than to stay away and say and do nothing about it.

    3. He is finally coming out of hiding. Tomorrow he will lay a wreath. I don’t know if this is because he is finally embarrassed by his long silence, or if the vacation was due to end. Either way, Trudeau’s absence over the last week and silence about the shooting have been embarrassingly negligent. We needed to hear from him last week. This week, his predictable platitudes will mean nothing — too little, too late.

      1. his predictable platitudes will mean nothing

To his many adoring fans, however, they will be like the proclamations of Zeus because he is incapable of doing wrong in their eyes.

    1. our government considering this simple math, and logic

Our federal government is one institution where logic goes to die. We’ve seen enough evidence of that since the election.

    2. If the math works out, that carfentanil stash is equivalent to 210 tons of heroin, probably more than all of Canada’s addicts could consume, never mind what his gang could push. Weaponization is a serious concern. The article mentioning hazmat suits ignores the fact that they would not want to survive, and could probably find some easy way to disperse it over large preselected areas.

“Icebreaker in Hudson Bay – In late July”

“I’m in Puvirnituk, Nunavik, and the merchant ships had to call in the ice breaker to open the water ways to get out of the Hudson bay. Ii can see the ice breaker in the distance. It is sitting there waiting for the boats to finish unloading.

When asked about the ice everyone is saying it’s not normal this time of year.”

    https://www.iceagenow.info/icebreaker-in-hudson-bay-in-late-july/

    1. I believe Puvirnituq is on the milk-run from Montreal to Salluit. I was in Salluit in April (-33 deg C and no sign of global warming). We met an old Inuit hunter who had some interesting things to say, such as when he was born in the 1950s (in an igloo) there were only about 50 people in the village. Today there are over 1,300. The (many more) hunters use snow mobiles instead of sleighs so you have to travel a lot farther to hunt (no animals near town). They used to fish periodically throughout the year. Now they just fish at the top of the season and freeze the fish – a lot easier. No loss of permafrost along the entire east cost of Hudson Bay. Many of the villagers have their hot water tank placed outside on their front porch. Each home has a septic tank which is routinely pumped out. No idea where all that sewage goes. With 50 people it would be bad enough but the sewage from 1,300 people must add up to a lot of sewage. Of course with the permafrost there is no weeping tile, so there must be a big pooh lake somewhere. Can’t imagine they would dump raw sewage into the ocean.

  6. Just heard on CBC … Liberals give Palestinians $50 million in “emergency” funding.
Our tax dollars being used to help destroy Israel, unreal!

    1. Hey Turdeau’s daddy protested Canada fighting the Nazis in WW2 so what do you expect from his son. Oh maybe Justin is really Castro’s son. ha ha same difference no matter who his daddy really is.

    2. Of course it is. Our masters hate the God of Israel and want His name blotted out at any cost.

If you want to “trigger” a globalist, remind him what God demanded be done with perverts. Then ask the globalist why he has a problem with that.

    3. Justin Trudeau and the Liberals are out of bounds.

  7. “Tribalism Fuels U.S. Diplomatic Double Standards for Dictators”

    http://newideal.aynrand.org/tribalism-fuels-u-s-diplomatic-double-standards-for-dictators/

“The reactions to the Trump-Kim summit underscore the devastating extent to which today’s major political camps are moved by loyalty to some group, rather than by commitment to an ideological principle. Politicians and pundits in the same camp condemn one meeting with a dictator but praise another, not because the dictators have changed, but because the team running the White House has changed. People root against Obama’s team and for Trump’s, and vice-versa. This was especially clear when Trump’s fans went from cheering his bellicose rhetoric about “fire and fury” and the size of his nuclear button in September of 2017 to cheering his olive branch to Kim a mere six months later. It’s not as if North Korea became more or less threatening in the space of that six months. The only thing consistent is the personality they cheer, not any principle he stands for. This is political tribalism.”

    1. “Reliance on emotion in politics is the problem in the first place, as we can see when demagogues whip up chanting crowds whose members are united by little more than their hatred for the other tribe.”

Is the self-preservation instinct mere sentimentality to you?

Live and let live is a dream. The rules of the game in the real world is: be prepared to kill, or be killed.

Normal, decent people want the right of their nations secured, along with the future of their children. What do the globalists want? The right to ejaculate in a child’s face as they strangle the child to death, and get away with it.

If you don’t understand we are ruled by soulless monsters whose lives are only made meaningful by the prospect of making good people suffer, I can’t help you.

(Ayn Rand was a globalist who learned nothing from the October Revolution. Her novels were hack work, her philosophy puerile, her sexual habits revolting. The world would have been better off had she never written a word.)

      1. Please stop projecting your sexual fantasies onto me and please take your meds already.

“Live and let live is a dream. The rules of the game in the real world is: be prepared to kill, or be killed.”

  8. So in the wake of last Sunday’s shooting in Toronto we have the Liberal government ‘considering’ more gun control legislation, we have Mayor Tory telling us that no-one in Toronto needs a gun, we have every leftist zealot coming up with hair-brained ideas like depositories for guns, etc., etc., etc., ad nauseum!!!! Meanwhile we are finding out more and more about the shooter that the authorities did not want to divulge. The shooter comes from a “troubled” family, (sister killed in a car accident, his brother with prior drug exposure in coma from a drug overdose, brother’s friend is on bail after being found with thirty odd guns and possession of millions of dollars worth of illicit drugs), and then the capper the shooter is a member of a Thorncliffe Park gang. So here is a solution I would like to propose to the Government, in particular Messrs. Trudeau, Goodale, Ford and Tory. Instead of wasting time crafting more gun laws to penalize law abiding Canadian gun owners why don’t you draw up and execute a massive police raid on all of the known members of the Thorncliffe Park gang and any mosques that they attend and see what you come up with. We have already seen in international news that mosques in Germany and France have been used to stockpile weapons. We know that in addition to the illegal gun that was used in the shooting there was an additional gun found in the apartment and that the brother’s friend had 32 other guns so with this kind of arsenal held by three individuals don’t you think it incumbent on the government and law enforcement to target every member associated with the Thorncliffe Park gang. How many other gang members are out there just waiting to go jihad, inquiring minds would like to know.

    1. The essence of our modern problems is that every tragedy brings out two sets of assholes: those who want to use government force against gun owners and those who want to use government force against brown people. I hope these two sets delete each other.

      1. The essence of our modern problems is two-fold. First, we have a gang (mostly black on black) violence problem. Second, we have a terrorism problem that we are ignoring. Subtract out all the gang-related and terrorism-related problems in Toronto and the city is safer than it ever was. The problem that the government has is also very simple. The liberal left relies on ethnic voting in blocks, LGBT people voting in blocks and the disadvantaged / disenfranchised voting in blocks such that, in total, the liberal left stays in power. They can’t solve these very simple problems because the solutions are right leaning. Hand every gang member who carries a gun in public a five year minimum sentence when caught and there would be no illegal guns on the street (except for the terrorists). That (terrorism) is a much tougher problem that gun laws won’t address. But enough of that. Back to your racist fantasy.

        1. Actually TO is safer than it has been in a very long time regardless of gang fighting and the minuscule amount of terrorism Canada has experienced as of late. And no, the solutions are not the ones you propose. They were done in America and double-done and they failed. The US is now gradually walking back from the ‘tougher harder’ approach to crime. Also, mandatory minimums are a violation of due process.

The solution is to end the bans on guns and drugs. That’s really all there is to it.

      2. Wait a second UnMe, are you saying that all the terrorists and gang members are brown people? That’s awfully racist isn’t it?

          1. I know, it is amazing how little critical thought you have, and ironic that you call anyone who calls for a crackdown on criminal gangs and terrorists a racist for targeting brown people.

      3. You mean those poor “brown people ” like you who salivate at the opportunity to “bury” us? Those that deny every rape, sexual assault, racist murder committed against whitey? Those that rejoice when victims are left without justice and perpetrators walk free?

      4. ….and people like you who use disingenuous analysis to create faux moral high grounds.

  10. Ontario Premier Conservative Doug Ford Deals the Cards.

    …_

“’The province holds all the cards’: Little Toronto can do to stop Doug Ford from slashing city council

    …-

“UNHINGED: Lib Leftists Go Nuts After Ford Cuts Elitist Pols”

“In the wake of Doug Ford’s great decision to slash Toronto City Council down to size from 47 to 25 councillors, the unhinged leftists have gotten even worse.

Andrea Horwath called Ford a “dictator.”

Naheed Nenshi used similar messaging, calling Ford a “tin pot dictator.”

Far-left mayoral candidate Jennifer Keesmaat says wants Toronto to secede from Ontario.

And Liberal MP Adam Vaughan seemed to go the most insane, calling Ford’s move “vindictive and destructive” and going on a tweet storm about how it needs to be fought – even though Ford has the total authority to do it.

Wow. You would think something serious actually happened, rather than some elitist politicians getting canned.

Of course, being unhinged is nothing new for the left, who regularly go crazy whenever a true leader redirects money from the elites back to the people.”

  11. More projection from the left with conclusions completely at odds with their “evidence,” based on Trump’s “support” of Putin.

    Dumb.Them.All.Down.

“A person who was demoralized is unable to assess true information. The facts tell nothing to him. Even if I shower him with information, with authentic proof, with documents, with pictures; even if I take him by force to the Soviet Union and show him [a] concentration camp, he will refuse to believe it, until he [receives] a kick in his fan-bottom. When a military boot crashes his balls then he will understand. But not before that. That’s the [tragedy] of the situation of demoralization.”

How can anyone come to the conclusion Bezmenov was referring the Trump presidency? This fools and others are reduced by Trump’s successes they tie themselves in rhetorical knots trying to rationalize their socialist/totalitarian tendencies?

    https://bigthink.com/paul-ratner/34-years-ago-a-kgb-defector-described-america-today

But they assume others are as stupid as they.

Bezmenov’s warnings were about entrenching socialism through ignorance & confusion:

“All that will be needed is to ‘elect’ a ‘progressive thinking’ president who will be voted to power by Americans, who have been addicted to welfare and ‘security’ as defined by Soviet subverters.”

The American romance with state-run education as encouraged by KGB subverters has already produced generations of graduates who cannot spell, cannot find Nicaragua on a world map, cannot THINK creatively and independently.”

A group of rock or pop-musicians with a message of ‘social-justice’ sugar-coated in popular ‘spiritual’ tunes can be actually more helpful to the KGB than someone standing in the pulpit preaching Marxist-Leninist doctrine. The sugar-sweet messages of social equality from the crooning mouths of the entertainers is quite enough to accomplish the aims of the KGB without any overt activity on their part.”

Finally, the point of demoralization somehow turned on its head, cherry picked from all Bezmenov’s other points, leading to socialism it left out. I went to a good school, sins of omission like this got you a very poor grade:

“The purpose of this process is to change your perception of reality to such an extent, that even despite an abundance of information and evidence about the danger of Communism, you are unable to come to sensible conclusions in your own interests and in the interests of your nation.
    […]
Demoralized and enfeebled ‘masses’ tend to grab the ‘easiest’ short-cut solution to social ills and socialism seems to them to be the best answer.”

    1. Thank you for this. This is exactly what I have been trying to convey here for a long time. The Soviet Union may have collapsed into something that we are not sure of yet. Who and what is Putin? Another First Secretary or a Czar? What we do know and the progressives will vehemently deny is that the Bolsheviks won the Cold War and achieved their aim of demoralizing, subverting, and destabilizing western society.

Don’t believe it, just look around at everyday events in the class and race war being fomented in and by our governments and at all levels of education. We can’t even build a highway bypass or upgrade a pipeline with the above warfare ingredients being promulgated.

We should all watch the Yuri Bezmenov videos.

However, it appears that it may be too late and will have to run its course.

A stunning admission from National Geographic:”

“It turns out they didn’t just come across the dying bear the day it was filmed: it was spotted at least two days earlier by Paul Nicklen.”

“He must have had a satellite phone with him when he saw the bear but the only call he made was to his film crew — he made no attempt to find a local conservation officer to euthanize the bear, which would have been the right thing to do.

The bear’s emaciated, near-death stagger was simply too tantilizing to pass up (video needs action: an emaciated dead bear would not been nearly as effective).

Mittermeier claims they knew when they filmed the bear that he was sick or injured, but Nicklon presented it as an effect of climate change regardless.

Mittermeier now says National Geographic simply “went too far” with their video caption (“This is what climate change looks like“), that she and Nicklan “lost control of the narrative.”

Actually, what they lost was their humanity.”
