I’m wondering how you found out about these liberals. That’s pretty good. Anyways, the ad says
there’s 30 million reasons to vote liberal, well I
got 100 million reasons not to, it’s called Sponsorship.

I have a new slogan for phony liberal lawn posters. “VOTE LIBERAL… because you can’t be trusted to do the right thing.” I think it would really get the right message accross to canadians all over this great land if thousands of these posters sprouted up on lawns. With appropriate disclaimers like, “this sign bought and paid for by a disgusted canadian and is intended as satirical political commentary.” “It is your choice whether you take the poster or the party seriously”
Also is it just me here in calgary, or do the candidates seem embarrased to use the name of their own party. Let me explain, all of the candidates are using the phrase “”aul Martin’s team” in their ad shlock and the name “liberal” if it appears at all is very diminutive. some feed back would be nice from out of my fair province about this.

Daryl, in the last federal election the Librano$ did the same thing, apparently the logo doesn’t sit well in these parts. That explains why Calgary mayor Dave Bronconnier dropped it from his signs, he didn’t fare well as a federal Liberal.
Stands to reason Kelly, Yup makes sense to me was wondering if it were tha same cross country tho. I’ll be buying some poster board, Red and black felt markers for my phony liberal sign on thursday I’ll be sticking it on my lawn asap, heh heh heh there’s a bus stop accross the street too.

Funny how every opportunity the liberal cult of deceit wrap themselves in the flag in a vein attempt at identity politics. The reality is the average liberal is:
A)a contrived image manufactured in the board rooms of Montreal ad agencies
B)a political minority as the majority of Canadians vote for other parties
C)a supporter of the “natural” governing party of only Toronto
D) a disciple of cooked polling and a supporter of executive corruption
E) All the above
The ironic thing about the “beer and popcorn” remark is that this government who is not achieving results with our money, whether it be $2billion (and counting) for a gun registry (more police a better idea), or taking $40billion from EI contributors (lower premiums, what an idea!!), to paying $1billion not to buy helicopters (better to buy relics for the same money, 15 years late). I must be more precise here, it is not beer and popcorn the Liberals are treating themselves to, it’s champagne and caviar! The really frustrating part is that a significant number of Canadians (Liberals core support of 30% who would vote for them if serial killers turned up in the party – it would just be rogue group of killers don’t you know) actually think this government has made, and can make, their lives better. Just keep paying those taxes, friends.
In Vancouver Centre hedyfry has the police community office on the side of the shoppers on Davie Street for her campain office. I stood out front of it yesterday and raising my voice asked why the were hiding around the corner from the maindrag and got only a peak from behind the curtains. I think they are running scared. I also vocalized the fact that when all is said and done they will all be doing hard time in federal pens. We the people have had enough!!!
I say chaps. Why waste so much energy hating the liberals. All your slander will get you nothing more than more hell in the end anyways. I assume that this is a Conservative page no? I personally would like to see a conservative minority in power. Then the NDP and the Liberals can waste all our time and money slowing down anything they try to put through. Maybe we can even have a summer election… yea, I like the sound of that. An election every year. Neat.

Benn – I’m not sure what planet you live or vote on, but if you’re okay with the Liberals taking a HAPPY Quebec, happy to remain in Canada, and turn it back into a rabid pitbull; if you’re happy with a party that ran a funding scam that siphoned millions, carry on.
At what point does it end, if ever? When Alberta (the gravy train) and Quebec depart, what will be left?
Without sounding like a bigot, I couldn’t help notice the amount of “minority” representations in the ads.
Fact is, these folks are probably the only ones who get off their arse and go vote, as the NA caucasian is a couch potatoe.
