  1. How is David L. Thomas really much different than a German Nazi apparatchik at the Nuremberg Trials? Obviously different in terms of scale & horror, but no different in the direction of evil.

  2. Even the minions know they are agents of evil..
    yet they go to work.
“I was just ‘applying the rules”.

The HRC’s are just another Liberal Lie,using fake “Rights” and extortion to strip us of our legal Rights.
Those rights our ancestors fought and bled for.

Any person who staffs such agency is evil.
    By choice.
All hail The State of Thuggery.
Lest we forget, our esteemed Supreme Court has ruled:”Truth is NOT a defence”when called before an HRC.
Funny how “Burn the Witch” is so embedded in the Dogooder mindset.

    1. I would bet denied as soon as the complaint was determined to be from a straight white Christian man.

  3. “Transpeople are, by definition, people ‘whose gender identity does not align with the sex assigned to them at birth,’” the tribunal declared. “If a person elects not to ‘believe’ that gender identity is separate from sex assigned at birth, then they do not ‘believe’ in transpeople. This is a form of existential denial.”

Herein is the ultimate LIE … sex assigned at birth. As if sex is simply a word on a form filled out by the attending obstetrician. Those pennisses and vaginas had nothing to do with anything. Those chromosomes had nothing to do with anything.

The insanity is in the institutionalizing of make-believe nonsense. Oh! and the Tribunal will MAKE you believe … or else! hmmmmm … Salem witch Trials with economic death in lieu of a fiery death.

    1. “Herein is the ultimate LIE…”

Sorry Kenji, the -ulitimate- lie is that the world is formed by acts of human speech, and Reality (TM) isn’t “real.”

That’s where all this comes from, if you dig all the way down. Once you swallow that whopper then “gender identity” as a thing distinct from physical, objective reality is just a little bending of the truth.

The problem we’re faced with is that objective reality is inescapably real, and we’re being governed by people trying to pretend it isn’t. For money, mostly.

  4. “During my time chairing the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, I sometimes felt like the agent of a state-funded extortion ring.”

And yet you still took the money, false magistrate.

Should we pursue abuse of power, unlawful abandonment of responsibility, or betrayal of the public trust?

  5. Was there something wrong with limiting human rights enforcement to housing, basic services, and employment? Plus you could add government. I think most people can understand criminality of calls to racial or religious violence but hurt feelings? The cure for hurt feelings is not money. It is being told to suck it up princess. Grow a spine.

  6. “For now, Canadian human rights tribunals aren’t going anywhere, but if outrageous judgments such as this one become the norm, such an outcome might be inevitable.”
Just leave it at “not going anywhere.” These Kangaroo courts will not be abolished just because they are running amok. If anything, Lieberals, Dippers and CINOs will make them more powerful.

  7. in one of my nightmares, half the population is on a h r commission somewhere.
the other half of the population is fighting a complaint.
meanwhile the economy is oooooooone day away from its own ‘black friday of ’29’
remember the new spelling: CanaDUH or Canaduh. either is acceptable. no others.
