  1. Being of a certain age I remember watching/listening to him regularly. He was effective because he did not push Roman Catholicism. A moral teacher.

      1. the prevalence of AI and its capacity to generate enormous sums of fiction and slather it on in multiple venues is going to make the pillorying of Galloway look like a preliminary experiment.
the major problem is STILL hooomahn nature and that instantaneous gullibility, the capacity to believe crapola ‘right out of the box’, lock onto it, and spread it like a weird social exponentiation exercise.
l think part of that is the desire to ‘fit in’ to ‘belong to the larger group’.
a major source and residence of this phenomenon/syndrome is, unsurprising in THIS case: academia.

    1. But, but, but … Trump fired all those government employees … and cancelled USAID … and it’s near impossible for a Gender Studies graduate to get a job and pay their student loan debt …

The economy is miserable for the *ahem* … “service economy”.

    1. I have two sister-in-laws who NEED this mug … one will laugh and put it on display on her mantle … the other will explode in a fit of rage and (further) disown me and (further) cancel me from her life.

BTW … I just gave a 60th birthday gift to a contractor friend of mine. Yes, some new vinyl lp’s. But wrapped it in recycled TRUMP wrapping paper. The wrapping paper was a bigger hit than the tunes. Hahahahaha ha ha …

    1. They are correct, men are to blame. Women told men they didn’t want them around and men believed them and left. Men should know better than to believe all women.

On a more serious note, %43 of women said they want to stay home and care for their families but about 75% of women are currently in the workforce. Kinda sad that the economy is so screwed up that women who want to stay home and raise their kids are unable to do so.
