   2. I don’t even think housing is the biggest problem, but it is a problem but go to a hospital and experience the 12 hour wait times … or die in the waiting room as is all too common.
      Look at the education system which was already coming off the rails due to the commie teachers & their union but is now swamped with the spawn of the new comers.

   2. The far-left in California have done a similar thing in their zeal to provide more “affordable housing”[sic] in California … they’ve ELIMINATED single-family zoning throughout the State. Now, any single family lot can build as many as 6-units on their property. The State has also ELIMINATED all local review of multi-family projects in their downtowns. Height limits have been eliminated. Zoning density has been eliminated. Developers are free to build as large, dense, and tall a building as possible.

      But …

      The State has NO provisions for improving the infrastructure whatsoever. So the added traffic, demand for schools and police services … parks and playing fields are unchanged. Everything will just get MORE gridlocked. Enjoy the decline in your quality of life.
