1. Then why wouldn’t the ‘newcomers’ breed like rabbits… and replace the native population? What if the native families received this kind of economic incentive to breed?

   1. It’s the plan to take over. It’s always been the plan and thanks to Lieberals it provides future voters. Muslims are replacing the founding Christians of this once great country.

      I had 2 sons, they had 3 children among them. Muslims breed like rabbits. Do the math. Won’t be long till they dominate.

2. Well not everything they do is bad.

   It seems reasonable that if that money is intended to make a child’s life better and the children didn’t choose their parents, If this payment makes any sense at all it makes sense in this case. Are these children Canadians or will they become Canadians, is a good question but nobody seems to be thinking about it. Supporting children living in Canada and their mothers seems to me to be a very good idea but I’m far more concerned about sending money overseas for questionable projects.

   On the other hand, I recall one politician suggesting that such money given to parents would be spent on beer and popcorn rather than their kids.

   I need to know a lot more about this before I could make a judgment but it makes great headlines and triggers a lot of people who never bother to think about it.

   Personally I would be in favor of cutting the taxes so that people didn’t need these payments.

   1. Here in America … poor, unwed, teenagers get pregnant to get a check. And then another Baby Daddy gives her another check, err child. And another. Suicidal empathy. Cultural suicide.

      1 in 8 Americans receive food assistance $$$$$. That’s insane and unsustainable. And it’s getting worse.

      1. I read somewhere that 125 million Americans receive a subsidy from the government (snap, medicare, unemployment benefits, disability pension etc). That’s 1 in 3 Americans. Better start rowing harder Kenji.

      2. l taught private college, one of them did exactly this had one working on another, a legit interest in the course material but what about maternal leavbe right from the start? l dunno.

      How is it reasonable that we are punished for living a developed 1st World Lifestyle with Carbon Taxes such that we Legacy Canadians cannot afford to have children and these people are brought over from their 3rd World Toilets and subsidized to replace us and our culture with money borrowed in our name?

      Our children cannot even hope to afford houses anymore.

      Perish the thought that a parent would aspire to live the high life of beer and popcorn.
      Better to support kids from a foreign culture who’ll grow up to drive a semi and paint a highway intersection with an entire Saskatchewan junior hockey team.

3. Take a look at what’s going on in the USA regarding fraudulent social welfare benefits being paid to individuals, states, charities and probably also domestic and international organized crime syndicates. Who thinks that isn’t happening in Canada?

   I also think part of the federal government’s massive 40% increase in government employmees is being given to employees who only exist on paper or political friends, family and associates who collect a paycheck but do not do any government work.

   Best guess : at least half of the increased spending on social benefits, immigrant benefits, government employees, charities, international aid, consultants and corporate welfare are outright fraud and corruption…costing taxpayers 10s of billions of dollars per year (plus interest).

   1. The “work” being done by any Canadian provincial or the federal government could be done with 10% of the workforce, maximum. Eliminating 20% would just remove the immediate supervisory level, decreasing the time taken by junior employees writing reports these clowns are supposed to read. 90% of the “work” is a make work ponzi scheme to employ more bureaucrats. Any time one of these idiots actually “does” something, it throws sand in the gears of the private economy that produces actual things.

4. And the United Nations will get them a peace prize for the deed.
   The few interested in the affairs of this country that care are very few and far between, have practically no say except places like SDA.
   The bottom feeders work on the predigesting of the various memes so it is at least palatable to the NPCs, though as one can imagine they don’t really give a damn one way or another, they just exist.
   The rich ruling class knows the scheme and don’t care as long as they have the agreeable tax scheme.
   There is nothing wrong with being rich, just don’t bloody tell me that one should support the low life politicians and their mass media cartel meme polishers in the scheme.
