A good argument for capital punishment.
I (and several hundred others) encountered a car traveling south on the northbound side of I-15 in central Utah about two years ago, well after dark. Northbound travelers had utterly no idea how to react, and it screwed up traffic for 30 miles. The idiot was traveling south in the northbound fast lane and didn’t seem to have a care in the world.

One of my co-workers called the cops a couple weeks back on a shitty driver. Co-worker was following him, an 18 foot 3 ton body job, and he was all over the road north of town about 20 miles. Literally, his LH rubber was 3 feet over the yellow line at times. Speeding up, slowing down. Cops pulled him over in town after he turned left on an access road. Co-worker couldn’t see the driver but I know where I’d place my bets.
Had another one pull into work w/ a flat deck B-train. Only one way in & out, so you have to do a 3 point turn to exit. Took the turban clad driver 8 tries to do a straight back up 100′. If any of you have ever backed up a hay wagon you know it’s not that difficult. Could barely speak a lick of English. Many who come in know about a 1/2 dozen English words.
About 15 years ago there was one who figured he didn’t have to stop for the red light if he just let the air horn blast. I seen it happen about six times over a two month period. The truck unit must have clamped down on it as the practise stopped abruptly.
