    1. Yep. SCOTUS would be a rough place to be a DEI hire. In any other job you might be able to bluff your way along for quite some time, but at SCOTUS you have to demonstrate your grasp of the Constitution, your knowledge of legal precedent, and your ability to apply sound logic almost every day. It’s obvious that other DEI hire, ‘The Wise Latina’ likes KJB, but I would love to be a fly on the wall in Clarence Thomas’ office to find out what he really thinks of her. I doubt he has much respect for her.

Rogue robed radicals will continue to defy Trump, and now SCOTUS, inventing whatever excuses they can, but their judicial credibility is now extinguished, with the only actual constitutional Court pointing out just because partisan judges believe Trump is exceeding his authority, that doesn’t give them the authority to exceed theirs.

      It’s all been reversible nonsense from the start, so this SCOTUS reality check is welcome, a light now shone on partisan activist judges who feel unless they can usurp a GOP President, as KJB opined, (our) democracy is lost.

      Democracy being synonymous with Democrat rule, proving they don’t actually care about the law, just power.

      1. I’m almost certain that if you’re a judge and you defy SCOTUS, your judge card gets pulled, quickly and permanently. And while I didn’t make the rules for judges, I’m pretty sure that’s one of the top 5: Obey SCOTUS, or you can’t be a judge.

        And I can’t wait to see that to happen…

  2. When Dem0ncr@ps and Lieberals appoint judges, the appointees are almost always failed lawyers. These people manage to pass the Bar exam but absolutely suck at applying law. They have no legal expertise whatsoever. Raising funds for their preferred political party is the only mastered skill. Any ruling by the failed lawyer is based on “feels” and party political dogma.

    The conservative appointees will not always rule the way we want. However, the ruling is always based on law, which the libtard failed lawyer has no concept of.

    1. This is false, Trumps record when there’s a Democrat or Republican appointed judge is virtually identical. The reality is the Trump administration isn’t competent when it comes to executive orders, this was a major problem in his first administration as well.

      He hired too many yes men.

      1. More injunctions were filed against Trump’s executive orders in his first two months of office than were filed against Biden during his entire 4 year term. So as you say, it’s possible that the Trump administration isn’t competent when it comes to executive orders, or it may be that deep state/activist/TDS judges are working together to block Trump’s agenda. I tend to believe the latter, especially given the actions of Judge Jeb Boasberg. He was a FISA court judge who approved wire taps on President Trump during his first term, and he presided over more than 70 January 6th cases. In those J6 cases his conviction rate was 100%, and he gave almost all of the defendants jail time. He also tried to block Trump’s restructuring of USAID, which coincidentally was providing grants which were paying the salaries of his wife and daughter.

            Why would you defend someone who claims to be a conservative (but clearly is not), and who censors legitimate comments to (apparently) discourage discourse he doesn’t like?

            If I were Kenji, I would wear a permanent ban from such a website as a badge of honor. And I would trumpet the injustice of being banned pretty much the same way he does. What am I missing?

          2. MT, I defend Sundance because of his insights into and tireless work exposing the Deep State and its machinations., not only domestically but also internationally, for example in Ukraine.

            Also for his unwavering support of MAGA and Trump.

            Also for naming and shaming the bad apples in US politics and abroad, giving precise reasons for his views.

            Finally, I don’t care if he is a conservative or not. What’s important is the work he does.

    What this means is that all the Soros backed Attorney(s) General in Blue and some Red states will sue the Federal Govt. in tandem to provide access to Circuit Courts to apply injunctions once again. I can assure you that the usual suspects are in a private forum right now working out the collaborative details. If you think this is a stretch, just think back to Colorado’s attempt to remove Trump from the ballot through unsubstantiated accusations of insurrection via their Secretary of State and Attorney General. Same with the State of Maine. Most of the hardcore Blue States (NY, Cal, Ill, Wash., Oregon…etc.) will see this as their civic duty.
