A trans-identified male sex offender who attempted to enrol at a local high school in Oregon… was arrested… after an officer at South Albany High School reported him for pretending to be a 15-year-old girl in order to register as a student.
“ On social media…. Craig posted a “trans-feline Pride” flag to his account, indicating that he identifies as a cat. “
When reached for comment, noted furry/online commenter “UnMe” stated “WHO ARE WE TO JUDGE?!?!”

TBF … he was probably “bullied” (read: ignored) in his HS days … so he thought a do-over as a cat lady would improve his experience. What’s wrong with this? We’ve normalized mental illness as just being “somewhere on the spectrum of sanity” … so what’s the problem? Shouldn’t we let him have a do-over?

What tipped them off that he wasn’t a 15-year-old girl? Was it the facial hair, maybe? It wasn’t that much of a beard and moustache. But that darn Scooby-Doo noticed. Ruh roh.

I’m more worried that the self identified cat wasn’t taken to an animal shelter. It’s great, they will spay or neuter the animal before it’s put out for adoption. Unfortunately, if it’s never adopted…
These kinds of things are so stupid I often wonder if this person wasn’t under blackmail and ordered to do this as some sort of punishment or compensation or something. Strange stuff happens and it is a sick, sick world we’re living in right now.
