Blacklock’s- $18B Filibuster Freezes House
The House has been gridlocked since a September 26 ruling by Speaker Greg Fergus. The Speaker ruled cabinet failed to comply with a June 10 House order to produce documents regarding inside dealing at a now-disbanded federal agency, Sustainable Development Technology Canada. Directors were implicated in 186 conflicts of interest, according to auditors.
Conservatives have filibustered House proceedings, all but Question Period. The gridlock has prevented the introduction, passage or debate of all government bills.
Chunky Freeland, Queen of the Electronic Twitch, can’t pass her vaunted Christmas capital gains tax to further impoverish her peasants.
Hopefully this lasts until next autumn 2025.

The $18 billion hike will not actually bring in $18 billion, because those that have sufficient capital gains to be hit by it will make adjustments to avoid it.
And if they could collect all $18 billion, it wouldn’t cover the pilferage done by Liberal members.

lm selling my house that lve owned some 21 years. the TURDeau did me a favour when those prices up up up. l expect now it could be part of a long term ‘plan’ for Liberals to siphon off additional value when surprise surprise the capital gains applies to real estate ie your own HOME.

And no, we do not want Mark Carney either or ANY of the other completely incompetent cabinet ministers. Most Canadians have forgotten who he is and we definitely do NOT want him. I definitely remember his lies as a Bank of Canada chief. And then, he was just as evil in England, lying that there was no inflation. He helped to ruin both Canada and Great Britain. Both of them should go and work for the UN before Trump pulls the funding plug.
