A woke new bill erases the terms “mother” and “father” from state child custody and parental laws — a gender-neutral rewriting that’s expected to spark a flood of similarly clunky legislation.
“Mother” would be replaced with “gestating parent” while “father” becomes “non-gestating parent” or “parent” in family court along with in domestic and education law, under the legislation, passed this week by state Democrats.
Well, at least they acknowledge that males cannot gestate.

A mistake that will be corrected. I would be surprised if anywhere in this law the word “male” was associated with or stated equivalent to “non-gestating”.

So, NYC requires public schools to have tampon dispensers in at least one male restroom. However, now the NY Senate has passed a bill and sent it onto the House that specifically labels males as “non-gestating parents”. If an individual is “non-gestating” they have no use for a tampon. It’s one thing to possess an opinion (lunacy aside). It’s quite another to proclaim a reality into law and then have a municipal diametrically opposed rule in place contradicting said “superior” law.
What a dilemma.

BUT, oops, the NY Legislature is on the cusp of inadvertantly admitting a truth that males cannot gestate. If you think Insurance companies aren’t watching this closely, you’re mistaken. They already have the Exclusionary language written up for their updated policy endorsement. They’ll still have to handle the hormone replacement therapy. But, when some dressed up “transgender” asks for a cervix cancer screening the insurance company is going to DENY.
And everyone wonders why their Obamakkare premiums are anything BUT affordable …
for the record, I think this is insane, but in their minds they’re not saying men can’t gestate. They’re not using the word man (or woman) at all. They’re saying some parents gestate and some don’t.
The good thing about weirdos is that they trumpet their mental illness.
The bad thing is that women and dickless men vote for them to openly cornhole normalcy.
