“I am suspending my campaign for Governor,” Swalwell wrote on X on Sunday. “To my family, staff, friends, and supporters, I am deeply sorry for mistakes in judgment I’ve made in my past.” […]

But an ex-staffer’s allegation that Swalwell had sexually assaulted her, detailed in a San Francisco Chronicle report and followed by more misconduct allegations in a CNN report, led those allies to abandon Swalwell en masse as high-level staffers departed his campaign.

    2. Democrats simply ride out the sex scandal. In the 90s, Republican Senator Robert Packwood, Oregon, was forced to resign after threats of expulsion for sexual harassment. Same decade, Bill Clinton got by Paula Jones, Juanita Broderick with feminist Hillary and creepy James Carvill labeling Clinton’s accusers as “bimbos and trailer trash”. Let’s not forget two other Democrat senators, Chris Dodd and Teddy Kennedy and their famous “waitress sandwich” – no actions taken against either.

Looks like his usefulness has run its course and now it’s time to get tossed under the bus by the Uniparty D’s and Uniparty R’s. Looks like the D’s set this up, who knows for sure.
