This will teach them dirty Liberals;
A former campaign manager and longtime political aide to Liberal MP Nathaniel Erskine-Smith (Beaches-East York, Ont.) has been cited for multiple violations of the Elections Act. Breaches included falsifying records: ‘He was the official agent.’
“The initial amount of the AMP set out in the Notice of Violation was $500. The final amount, upon the Commissioner’s review, was reduced to $300. A mitigating factor was applied taking into account Andrew Goodridge’s ability to pay the amount of the penalty.“

Unable to pay a $500 fine…but able to pay a $300 fine. Maybe he should appeal again.
Considering a parking ticket in some towns is now $250 a throw that tells me exactly how seriously this is all taken.
New country.
from google search:
In Ontario, a first-time conviction for distracted driving results in a total fine of $615 (if settled out of court) to $1,000 (if contested), along with 3 demerit points and a 3-day license suspension. Penalties escalate for subsequent offenses to fines up to $3,000, 6 demerit points, and 30-day suspensions.
ya, election fraud akin to 3rd degree . . . . . . . littering?
L – When the fine drops into the negative, then it becomes a paying proposition, literally and Liberally… Injustice is a system, too.
Elections Liberal strikes again. Everyone remember when Levant got raked over the coals for publishing a book during an election campaign?
Why haven’t government fines gone up in parallel with their salaries?
Because they’re c*nts, that’s why.
Because they’re c*nts, that’s why.
They possess neither the warmth nor the depth for that term to be correctly applied…

Elections Canada just proves again, that lying to them has less of a penalty than blocking the box in Toronto.
“An aggravating factor was added as David Ross was an election officer working at the poll on election day where he voted for the second time. The failure of those involved in the electoral process to comply with the rules adopted by Parliament to ensure a fair election can contribute to a loss of public confidence in the integrity of the election.”
How many more times has this happened with people who were less stupid than David Ross(2021)?
6 violations in 2026 going back to 2019, but as a repeat offender, he got a discount on each one.

How many other repeat offenders got discounts?
