Shocking!!! 🙂
This must be a right-wing conspiracy theory!
It gets even better:
BREAKING: Ryan Wedding Arrested in Mexico, Being Transported to U.S. Under FBI “Foreign Terrorist Organization Coordination” Process, Director Kash Patel Says
Sam Cooper – THE BUREAU
Jan 23, 2026
WASHINGTON — Ryan James Wedding, accused of being a Sinaloa Cartel kingpin, was arrested late Thursday in Mexico and is being transported to the United States through the FBI’s Foreign Terrorist Organization Coordination process, FBI Director Kash Patel announced Friday morning.
Wedding, a Canadian former Olympic snowboarder accused by U.S. investigators of leading a violent transnational narco pipeline by consolidating domestic gangs across Canada to traffic and transship cocaine and methamphetamine from Latin American cartels while ordering numerous murders tied to his alleged drug enterprise, will now face prosecution in the United States.
In a statement released Friday morning, Patel confirmed Wedding’s transfer and credited cooperation from Mexican authorities, including President Claudia Sheinbaum.
Patel said Wedding is believed to have been hiding in Mexico for over a decade.
“This is a huge day for a safer North America, and the world, and a message that those who break our laws and harm our citizens will be brought to justice,” Patel’s statement said.
Patel also credited extensive cooperation with Mexican officials, thanking President Sheinbaum, Security Secretary Omar García Harfuch, U.S. Ambassador Ron Johnson, and FBI Legal Attaché staff in Mexico, along with U.S. partners at the Justice Department and State Department.
Wedding, 44, was added to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list in March 2025.
U.S. authorities allege Wedding’s organization routinely moved hundreds of kilograms of cocaine from Colombia, through Mexico and Southern California, to Canada and other U.S. destinations, using stash houses and long-haul semi-trucks as part of a bulk-shipment pipeline.
The Bureau’s American law-enforcement sources argue that Wedding’s success involved leveraging cross-border trucking enterprises captured by Indo-Canadian mafia networks, and that Canada’s police and judicial response failed to counter the threat.
“Over the last three or four years there’ve been Canadians killed in the Yucatán. And we all know they’re tied to drug trafficking — Greater Toronto and Montreal,” a senior U.S. investigator told The Bureau for an exclusive report last year, on the improbable rise of a Canadian to the heights of Mexico’s most powerful cartel. “A fair number of Quebecers too — bikers. They all work in Mexico. But somehow Ryan Wedding got all these people to work together.”
The source described the Cancún area as a “haven for Canadian organized crime — mid- to high-level drug dealers coordinating with Mexican counterparts to bring stuff into Canada.”
“I think he just rose above all of that,” the investigator said. “Whether it was through violence or just the people he knew, Wedding became the single point of contact for any Canadian who wanted to bring drugs back up into Canada from Mexico.”
In a superseding indictment unsealed in October 2024, federal prosecutors charged Wedding with multiple felonies, including drug-trafficking conspiracies, conspiracy to export cocaine, leading a continuing criminal enterprise, and murder and attempted-murder counts connected to the alleged enterprise.
In November 2025, the U.S. Justice Department unsealed additional charges tied to the January 31, 2025 killing of a federal witness in Colombia and announced arrests of multiple alleged associates in what officials described as “Operation Giant Slalom.”
A Toronto lawyer and other Canadians were implicated in the killing, according to the FBI.
Investigators said Wedding and co-conspirators used a Canadian website called “The Dirty News” to post a photograph of the witness so he could be identified and killed. The witness was then followed to a restaurant in Medellín in January and shot, with sicarios seen speeding away on a motorcycle, Colombian media reported.
That same day, the FBI announced the reward for Wedding had been raised to $15 million and said officials had compared him to Chapo Guzmán, a previous leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, and Pablo Escobar, the Medellín cartel leader killed in an arrest operation.
“Patel confirmed Wedding’s transfer and credited cooperation from Mexican authorities, including President Claudia Sheinbaum.”
Really? Because the cartels own a controlling interest in Claudia with Red China.
One day we’ll find out which one of Wedding’s Mexican compañeros he pissed off enough to convince the cartel to rat him out, and how. The cartel betrayed Ryan to the Yanquis because for some reason he’d become a bigger risk or just a bigger pain in the ass than he was worth.
The ancestors of the cartels are infamous for their habit of sacrificing slaves and prisoners of war to their savage gods on an industrial scale, perhaps one percent of their empire’s vassal populations every year—to teach their vassals to fear them and their savage gods, yes, but according to some scholars, because long pig was far more abundant in the environs of Tenochtitlan than any bush meat worth eating by an Aztec brave. The Aztecs weren’t just mass murderers. They were openly raising peoples they considered their inferiors for meat.
There. That’s the glory that was the Indigenous culture before Columbus that every AWFL weeps for. The most advanced civilization in North America was ruled by cannibals, who ate human flesh because they never mastered animal husbandry on an economic scale—just as they made so little use of metal that when Cortes arrived Mexico was still technically in the Stone Age.
The patience of the cartels with people who piss them off isn’t unlimited even when they have cannibals in their family tree. As far as anyone knows, Ryan doesn’t. Rat on him? He should be grateful his compas didn’t turn him into tacos.
Wonder how much he’s going to squeal?
Wow.
In related news: public hangings for treasonous and/or corrupt politicians/leaders (talking to you, Trudeau, Freeland, Carney, Morneau, Mendicino…) helps clean up corruption and treason. Nothing will change, accountability will not prevail.
Somebody please help put me in charge.
Ten years on the run, Wedding must’ve been one slippery bandit. If there’s any doubt about whether or not Mexico is a narco state let this seal the deal.
I wonder if Trump said or did something Biden and others ignored. I guess when you’re busying yourself destroying your country it’s best to leave drug dealers and murderers to do what they do best.
Reminds me of the lyrics to Towne VanZandt’s song “Pancho and Lefty”
All the Federales say
They could’ve had him any day
They only let him slip away
Out of kindness I suppose
Re: Mssr. Wedding … does that make 6 out of the TOP 10 FBI Most Wanted arrested by Kash Patel’s FBI? I’m old enough to remember when the FBI went after conservative Catholics as “domestic terrorists”. WTH does Kash think he’s doing!?
No wonder the Marxist Democrat Left want Kash Patel OUT of the FBI so desperately.
“No wonder the Marxist Democrat Left want Kash Patel OUT of the FBI so desperately.”
No kidding. He’s ruining their business model.
On the bright side, imaging how much money this arrest is costing the Canadian cartels. Like I keep saying, #OrangeManBad has done more for Canadians in a year than the #Lieberals -ever- have.
I’m not so sure. Keep in mind that the Mexican cartels own Claudia and her leftist Morena party (jointly with China). If a Morenista helped capture Wedding, it’s because the cartels decided he was surplus to requirements. Wedding set up the Canadian connection. His Mexican compas no longer need him to maintain it.
Just in general, the cause of alnost all real problems plaguing society is the presence of garbage people, and the quickedt, cheapest and most effective solution is to dispose of the garbage people and replace them, if at all necessary, with people who aren’t garbage.
A government like Donald Trump’s that is serious about solving real problems will do just this, and not waste time blaming everything that goes wrong on the alleged “racism” and “Zionazism” of people who lead useful, productive lives and are obviously not garbage, but who pay the price when their betters simply refuse, year after year, decade after decade, world without end, to just take out the bloody garbage before their home becomes uninhabitable by anything but vermin.
Speaking of garbage people being disposed …

Congrats to San Jose Police for taking out the trash. Who just happens to be named Mohammad.
Hey Kash,
Have a look northward, but don’t be surprised when you find out the Criminal Cartels are as close to the Liberal Government as our tax dollars.
Heck, a Canadian FBI Ten Most Wanted would probably look like a Liberal Cabinet retreat.
If Wedding does a plea deal, it will be interesting to see how far up the chain this will go. Which Canadian individuals, corporations and government agencies helped the drug cartels abd might be named?
The trucking industry is mentioned but what about : port workers and shipping corps (probably not just stolen vehicles leaving), immigration consultants and lawyers, indegenous reserves and chiefs (cigarette smuggling has often been alleged), airport workers (remember the big gold heist)? Those would be the low to mid level guys.
Mid to upper level possibilities: police and intelligence agencies who wouldn’t assist American anti-cartel drug agencies? Judges and lawyers who dismiss drug charges, give lenient sentences or let the trial clock run out then drop the cases? Canadian banks that have already been given multibillion dollar fines by the US for money laundering and/or lax anti-money laundering protocols?
Then there’s the possibility of high level cartel linked people and associations in Canada. It would not surprise me if prominent politicians, important bureaucrats and big corporations might be named. Maybe politicians and bureaucrats involved with giving out safe supply drug paraphernalia, narcotics and funding injection sites?
Could be totally wrong, of course. Just speculating.
I’m sure they’ll get Daniel Leblanc and Campbell Clark right on it. Heh.
It looks like we’ll need at least another Adscam or three to ever get a Con government.
As if Canadian “Journalists”, who have worked forever, for free, for the Liberal Party would burn their own paychecks now as the proverbial Pravda.
Let’s get real. It’s Libranos forever.
Even if they were all caught red-handed, there aren’t 2 honest people in the whole country to charge and convict the aholes.
Carny/Trudeau et Liberal et all could strangle puppies on Parliament Hill at high noon and the entire Canadian Establishment, Media leading the charge, would swear they are making the world safer. For cats.
I don’t think it would be the Canadian government or justice system that would be cleaning out the drug cartels. Didn’t Trump have words with the Mexican government about the possible consequences of not getting serious about the cartel problem? I assume the Americans would start by just embarrassing the Canadian government. I’m not sure even the most devout Liberal boomer voter would be okay with being an international embarrassment because Canada has become a narco banana republic under the Liberals, but who knows.
Didn’t El Salvador experience a rather dramatic reduction in crime recently?
I seem to recall reading that a small proportion of the criminals (repeat offenders) commit most of the crimes. Solution, catch and release, no cash bail! Problem solved! Welcome to Canada.
Yes. El Salvador did.
Outside his country, Salvadoran president Nayib Bukele is the only important man of Palestinian Arab ancestry whom polite society dares criticize for allegedly being a would-be tyrant. At home, he’s a hero. Bukele’s party has wiped the old (mobbed-up) mainstream parties off the electoral map, and El Salvador’s globalists have had to move their pro-gang disinformation networks abroad. All Bukele did was have law enforcement round up all the gangsters that were terrorizing his people, throw them into the largest prison in the Americas and see to it they stayed there. It worked. And the peoples of El Salvador’s neighbours are getting tired of tje excuses offered by their own peerless leaders for refusing to do likewise.
The US State Department rates El Salvador as the only country in Latin America where Americans can travel without fear of being kidnapped or murdered by gangsters because they’re White (and hence assumed by Salvadoran thugs to be rich and carrying cash and valuables) or were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Global Affairs Canada still counsels a high level of caution to Canadians visiting El Salvador due to alleged arbitrary arrests. The truth is that if you aren’t a gangster or involved in globalist politics, you have nothing to fear from the authorities in El Salvador.
Complaints about arbitrary arrests amd other alleged human rights violations limited to the mothers of gang footsoldiers (usually by unknown fathers) who will swear up and down that *their* kid was a good boy making progress getting his life together. Few such sob stories are taken at face value. Bukele put it well, and spoke for most of his people, when he pointed out that nobody abroad cared much for the human rights of law-abiding Salvadorans before he came to power, so it’s hard to take the human rights crowd seriously now when they condemn the alleged violation of the human rights of criminals.
You can understand the fury of globalists who hear Bukele answer back like this. It’s bad enough for the Davos crowd to be told “chingan vuestros madres” by Trump or Bibi, and they have nuclear weapons. Most Arabs say what the globalists want to hear, at least on Al Jazeera English. *This* pipsqueak calls himself the world’s coolest dictator just to annoy his betters. Who does that boy think he is? *Mark Carney,* leader of the free world, for chrissakes?
Bukele solved El Salvador’s gang problem and saved his country, and treats anyone who has a problem with that with the contempt they deserve. The Davos crowd *really* hate that.
L – U.S. 20% drop in murders in a single year due to deporting or jailing repeat violent offenders!
Could an independent Alberta and Saskatchewan do the same, year after year to the rate of violent crime? Yes, we can !! Men and women of uncommon valour required.
Regrettably, institutional reform in Canada is no longer possible. The flaws in our constitution prevent that once federal institutions have been captured. Reality bites, an heroic people bite back and actually do build back better.
One of the great weaknesses of the moderate to far left is their tendency to view criminals as Jean Valjean — people forced into a life of crime by a cruel and unjust system. They’re not criminals, they’re victims!
The irony is that the main prey of criminals are the poor, the very people the left purport to care about.
Yes. Which is why the minute *real* working-class people and farmers get control of political power, the first thing they do is rid themselves of their country’s champagne socialist troublemakers and thug-lovers.
Salvador Allende Gossens was a career politician from the cream of Chile’s elite; the Allendes were a well-known political family who had been involved in radical politics (both liberal and socialist) since the 19th century. Augusto Pinochet Ugarte came from the working-class of Valparaiso. Pinochet earned everything he had in life, and didn’t do it so Allende could sell his country to Leonid Brezhnev. He didn’t need much persuading to do the right thing.
If President Trump (or JD Vance) give their blessing to a few good men willing to rid Canada of Mark Carney and his henchmen recruited from the gutters of the Third World, and you haven’t taken leave of your wits completely, you’ll thank the gods you swear by, your patriotic liberators—and President Trump or Vance, as the case may be—for saving your country. Guaranteed.
How soon you’ll swallow your pride and admit in public that you had Trump and Vamce all wrong? That’s something I confess I don’t yet know.
Oh, I fully admit I had Trump and Vance all wrong. In Trump’s first term, I agreed with some things, disagreed with others, but on the whole found it quite tolerable. I thought the second term would be much like the first; perhaps Trump would even improve with age. Surely he was better than the alternative of Harris.
Wrong. Even before his inaugeration, Trump declared economic war on the rest of the world. Since then, it’s clear that he’s now drunk on power. His entire cabinet seems to be suffering from testosterone poisoning. They apparently believe that the US is so mighty that it can isolate itself economically, militarily, socially, every which way. Allies and friends are superfluous. Meanwhile, pressing issues like inflation and government debt have not received near the attention they deserve, and some of Trump’s actions have made these things worse.
Trump has deteriorated mentally and physically since 2024. His public appearances have reduced sharply, and when he does appear, his speeches are … bizarre. It wouldn’t surprize me if he did not make it to the end of term; the question is how much damage will he do before then.
Well. If you really no longer like or trust President Trump, fine, but note that VPOTUS Vance is young, sharp, eloquent, and has worlds to conquer (figuratively, anyway—set aside the Canada question for now). He agrees with his boss on everything important, and being a professional soldier, not a businessman, JD isn’t nearly as nice or charming about it as Donald. Charm has its own limits as a means of persuasion in politics and war, alas.
So if everything I know os wrong and Trump really is a doddering old fool who has spent the last year making Biden look like Stephen Hawking, you ought to wish him a long, relatively healthy life. Because the sort of person who thinks Trump is bad will find JD Vance much, much worse.
Me, I can’t wait.
The Veep can not publicly contradict or disagree with his boss, so what Vance would do when he’s calling the shots is hard to determine. From Canada’s point of view, he might well be an asshole, but one with better judgement and less likely to pick a fight. I suspect he would focus more on internal matters, which is what Trump should be doing right now rather than demanding his Nobel Peace Prize.
“Wedding…, leading a violent transnational narco pipeline by consolidating domestic gangs across Canada to traffic and transship cocaine and methamphetamine from Latin American cartels while ordering numerous murders tied to his alleged drug enterprise, will now face prosecution in the United States.”
The Chinese puppet masters of Mexico and Canada ordered the elimination of cocaine competitors to their fentynal drug trade.
Cause?
Effect?
Connecting the dots?
What is this strange and frightening wizardry?
