Carney is showing his values when he feels its important to consult with a US funded “NGO” called “Coastal First Nations” that is not tied to any actual Band. Indigenous nobility may be on their payroll but it is not accountable to any on-reserve serfs. It is essentially another Sierra Club for paid “professional Indians”.

What? The sustainable economies that they currently have there are handouts from Ottawa. A pipeline would make those payments more sustainable.

If the Ukrainian NABU were not politically motivated, but rather was legitimately interrested in law, then the whole of the Ukraine’s leadership, political, military and governmental, would have to be arrested. I suspect it is used as a Sword of Damocles to keep them in line. I also suspect a lot of that money finds its way back to Western politicos.

While it is without contest that the Ukrainians are running one of the most corrupt systems in the European world, how is this different from the lobbyists of every possible kind running the members of congress of the US.

Be it proposed that the Coastal First Nation should immediately become an Oil free zone, where no oil or oil based products are allowed to enter their territory, because it’s so dangerous to them.

And that should apply to every city or province that files global warming lawsuits against oil companies too.
