I’ve been using this term for a while now since I first discovered it (I forget where). I try to educate my friends about meaning behind the term and about how this is where we seem to be increasingly heading. California is of course where it’s probably most prevalent, some other blue states to a lesser extent, but definitely the big cities run by Democrats with their Soros DAs. I’m pretty sure I’ve used this term here at SDA a few times.
