There is a special clinic in Vancouver that is only for Ukrainian refugees. Probably elsewhere as well.
Canadian taxpayers are slaves without representative government. No one in government represents them. They just take their money and buy votes from others. Only net taxpayers (sorry government employees) should be allowed to vote.
I’ve said for a very long time that no one who receives a paycheque from any level of gov’t should be allowed to vote. And that public-sector unions should be abolished. Two sides of the same coin.
L – Self-respecting citizens, exercising their civic and patriotic responsibility would not have allowed this to occur. Neither would same put up with immigrants being given priority for government jobs and even for jobs in any private sector that is regulated by federal or provincial government for year after year, for election after election.

So happy to hear that refugees will get free dentistry, unlike me who has lived and paid taxes in Canada all my life. My wife and I are ineligible for the plan because our combined pension income is just over the threshold for a single person to qualify. It’s unclear why we two are treated as one for the purposes of t h e plan. But I guess our share of benefits can now go to some deserving immigrant.
I certainly don’t blame the slobs coming here, but…
