In the bottom half of the article the writer Kevin Klein from the Winnipeg Sun refers to a meeting sought with an elected official (an MLA?) and a cabinet minister but doesn’t mention that the current gov’t of Manitoba is an NDP gov’t and I feel that should be pointed out by the author…
The immigration industrial complex is utterly corrupt. And not just trucking. I know several illegal immigrants who are seriously talented workers who have paid $tens of thousands to immigration attorneys who promise them a pathway to citizenship … but nothing gets accomplished. They’ve been here more than 10 years … and would make fine citizens … but they just get exploited by shyster lawyers.
