  1. That Democrats won several elections, not resoundingly, in what have long been Blue districts does not spell the end of the world; but it is possible to learn from. Youngkin’s capture of the governor’s office in Virginia was a very specific backlash against the woke disenfranchising parents and never pointed to any long-term change in the politics of that state.
Success for conservative Republicans in 2026 will depend on greater focus on voter turnout and door-to-door effort in the community. Speaking common sense to liberals is challenging but essential, especially in the face of a media that is solidly committed to Marxism. Thankfully, the financial collapse of MSM is shining just over the horizon and may be hastened by some solid legal actions by the DOJ against criminal financiers like Soros.
Madmani’s victory is a long-term win for Republicans, as the results of his Marxist jihad in that city become evident and the organized persecution of the city’s Jews accelerates. I sincerely hope he does every destructive thing he promised.

        1. Yeah, there’s the rub considering most Republicans seem unwilling to do anything to correct the problem.

        1. Dead man’s pants. Hey, I’m not above that … I’ve shopped online for high end FAÇONNABLE shirts … formerly owned by a rich man who couldn’t take it with him. Gently used.

Hey Michelle … please make a note of it.

  2. Re: A Bloated Budget.

Clicked on the link, ignored the byline, plunged into the article, thought to myself, “The writer actually sounds surprised that the budget is shit.”

Came across the text, “It isn’t objectively a bad budget…” and asked myself, who wrote this garbage? Back up to the byline, quelle surprise, Conrad Useless Black. And, AND, at the foot of the article, “previously posted at NatPo”.

Like I noted earlier, [spit] Prog bootlickers, all. Give it to ’em good & hard…

    1. The ability to persuade someone that is in a state of desperation is easily done when providing a “solution” that involves the path of least resistance.
When the choice is between working toward prosperity or taking a free ride on someone else’s hard work is why Alberta wants out and why old establishment upper/lower Canada keeps offering government dependency as their argument against it.

  3. How many of those eight ‘men’ are actually Canadian?
And if none are, why can’t they be flown halfway home…

  4. Re VDH:
    the Long March Through Institutions
convinced the weak minded that the West surely couldn’t win this one also,
and so comfortably sided with the enemy.

This is the reason for their incomprehensible vehemence against the so-called Right.

    Democrats are turncoats,
and collaborators will have their hair cut.
