The union in question represents federal workers, a rather large workforce. This is news the Democrats probably didn’t want.
Wonder if this will put pressure on the AFSCME (the other big public workers union) to change its stance on the Democrats shutdown — the rank and file should probably start questioning why their union chiefs aren’t siding with federal workers union on this.
