    1. Chris Wray is a bloody Bolshevik! He should be tried, convicted, and hung from the neck until dead. He tried to destroy the opposition Party with secret surveillance.

          Although no one was prosecuted, the congressional committee final report said, “there is no question that these attempts were discussed, were planned, and might have been placed in execution when and if the financial backers deemed it expedient.”

  3. Here’s what I would like to see done.

    1. Congress has the power and should apply the power to strip qualified immunity from all involved parties (including Judge Boasberg). The basis is simple. All parties voluntarily and purposefully violated the 4th Amendment.

    2. #1 opens the door from all violated parties (and it’s not just Congressmen) to file Civil Suits seeking damages for violation of their 4th Amendment Rights.

    3. With qualified immunity removed and a direct violation of their oath of office, as well as a direct violation of the 4th Amendment, coverage through the US government should be declined based on exclusionary language relative to the former.

    4. All accused parties are then obligated to provide their own defense (and pay for it). Additionally, any damages awarded would come out of their own pockets. (IOW…make them destitute).

    (The above is just the Civil Actions. Criminal cases should run concurrently, with the same refusal on the US Govt’s behalf declining to provide a defense due to a direct and purposeful violation of the Constitution / Bill of Rights. And, judging by the ever growing list, there are grounds for an actual Class Action Suit)

    Also, Judge Boasberg is the same one who was signing off on all those FISA warrants for Carter Page etc.

    1. All fine Civil penalties … however deliberate subversion of the US Constitution (which all men and women involved swore an oath to uphold) is treason. Anyone who sells out the US Constitution in an attempt to destroy their political opposition… must die. Their carcasses must be posted on the fence line of our Nation as a WARNING to any other Bolshevik operation who believes they can get away with it next time.
