  1. EV personal vehicles are stupid, and have limited use. EV delivery vehicles with limited range and long downtime to recharge are vastly more stupid. The only thing I can think of that is even more stupid is the municipalities wasting money on E buses – twice the cost and half the available usage time. I’m guessing private enterprise, the customer for the delivery trucks are somewhat smarter than our local politicians buying buses.

  2. heyyyyyooo stevie gillboat, HOW ALL THOSE MANDATES COMING??
the ridiculousness of attempting to mimic Mao and just ‘demand’ a ‘thing’ regardless of consequences like ‘we needs more rice’ so chop down 10,000s acres of fruit trees?
to repeat, are things on track to go electric by 2030whatever? is the market building up to that? are the models being improved as each year comes? any big improvements on battery charging time/capacity happening?

    nope.

just[inTURDeau] another famous ‘edict from on high’ from a LIberal talking puppet

  3. The burning question for the elbows crowd

How is Carney going to “push back” if they don’t need our products but we do need access to their market?
    I’ll wait

        1. ya. thats when l got off the ‘PP bus’. godam worse-than-useless parrot.
this idjit doesnt seem to realize, Canaduh wants a liberal.
the most liberal liberal out there is marx carnage. so they pick him as many times they are permitted.
pp is the liberal wannabe and running in a halloween conservative costume.
as such, he doesnt ‘get’ that given the above, his ONLY chance is to project and run on a TRULY traditional conservative platform bloody common sense things like proper federal jurisdiction PRIORITY areas.
‘hedging his bets’ thinking ‘borrowing’ liberal points, ‘chiming in’ the right time ISNT going to be enough. see above.

the hard road in politics means he may NEVER win, but build support, build support, get another leader then THEY win is how it happens many times.

          sorrowfully disappointed.

  4. And when the first group of school children are burned to death in one of these e-busses … I sincerely hope that EVERYONE in the decision chain to implement e-busses are sued PERSONALLY for facilitating the death traps.

    1. Surprise, Surprise.
“Oakland, California, became the first school district in the United States to have a fully electric fleet in 2024. This contrasts starkly with the experience of New York City, which has a legally binding target to fully electrify its fleet of 10 000 buses by 2035, yet has deployed under 50 to date, partly due to difficulties in negotiating affordable purchases.”
      https://www.iea.org/reports/global-ev-outlook-2025/trends-in-heavy-duty-electric-vehicles

If memory serves, electric buses sell for ~$370,00 per, so NYC is legally bound to buy 9,950 x $370,000 worth of buses, however much that is. $3.7 billion?

  5. So let me get this straight – the federal government isn’t happy about job loses in Ontariowe, but they’re constantly obstructing job creation or ignoring job loses out west.
In 10 years the Liberals have chased away foreign investment like it was a plague, but nobody calls these fcking c*nts out on their hypocrisy?
Carnage The Spineless has 3 out 567 investments in Canada. How can he even open his piehole?
    What a joke.
