Even with the “comedian’s” response exposing the mindless tribalism of party politics, he was very defensive which is a good thing. The left, being pathologically dour, do need to hire comedians to be seen as somewhat human. Economic and cultural vandalism needs something to make it go down better for the Eloi but for the left, ubiquitous envy, resentment, and hatred are enough.
Neither funny nor readable, rather like The Economist, a good magazine that went bad, rather like New Scientist.
