7. Yes yes yes the deficit. I know, but as Mr. Carney might say, adjusted for inflation of both the money supply and population over the past five years’ that really is a deficit reduction, per capita, in 2020 dollars. Liberal math, same as achieving 2% GDP on military spending by reducing GDP.
