  1. The US will do well in defense sales.

Imagine, having airplanes – B-2’s – that flew over Iran, undetected and then wiped out Iran’s nuclear weapons program and the pilots were at McDonalds in Missouri by the time the world woke up to it. The bombs hit within inches from 13,000 feet. Every one of them. Right down the ventilator shafts. The escorting fighters were not detected.

You could say Israel helped pave the way with F-35’s by knocking out Iran’s air defenses. Yeah, so guess what. Those are American jets fighters also. The Israeli pilots are trained in the US.

PM Carney doesn’t want to purchase American weapons. He says that’s a waste of money. The rest of the world with one exception at least publicly in a speech just saw with their own eyes that it is money well spent. Ayatollah Khameini, apparently agreeing with Carney, just today said in a speech that Iran won the war. That’s amusing, right? So, PM Carney, you can agree with the Mullahs or what the entire world just witnessed. Your move, amigo.

    1. @Jogn:
The jury is still out about how complete the American destruction of Iran’s nuclear capability was. You can’t go by the idiotic drivel that comes out of the Orange Baboon’s facial hole.

      1. “Another TDS suffering f*ckface has just outed himself…”

And proudly offered his email address on top of it. Trolls…they just love the attention…

        1. @Fred:
Oh crap. It was not my intention to show my e-mail but no big deal. I had to register to spew vile insults and that is the result.

      2. Funny, I keep hearing some brain-dead idiot from New Brunswick chanting “Elbows Up!”.

        1. Meanwhile … the US Stock market is SOARING yet again today … just making me $$ richer $$ and richer when I bought the institutional preprogrammed Trump Tariff Tantrum selloff barely two months ago. The Stock Market is about to blow through ALL TIME HIGHS!!

I know, I know … Killer Marmot WARNED me not to buy the dip … that Trump’s Tariffs were SURELY going to DESTROY America’s economy for generations to come. Maaaan am I glad I ignored his sage Canadian advice. Note to self … NEVER take any economic advice from communist Canadians.

Keep your elbows out and sharpened, comrades.

          1. “Note to self … NEVER take any economic advice from communist Canadians. ”

Absolutely. Especially from the worst-afflicted TDS sufferers like KM.

      3. A jury of one? TDS is a self-inflicted mental illness and it’s starting to get a little pathetic.

      4. Funny thing is, Trump has been right far more than the scum in CNN, etc. Stay stupid my pungent friend.

      5. Nor yours, but a plethora of others, including the neutral IAEA, but don’t let that bother your TDS psychosis.
Love laughing at those who refuse to give Trump credit for anything, now eschewing Air Forces’ efforts.

        1. “Love laughing at those who refuse to give Trump credit for anything, now eschewing Air Forces’ efforts.”

That’s the most laughable part, isn’t it? If Trump cured cancer they would whine about him putting doctors out of work.

    2. Israel help a lot on this, they bombed the crap out of Iran’s defense and detection systems last fall making it easier for this US mission. I didn’t think Trump would do it but seems like this was the best time to strike.

      1. RP … VDH put it beautifully this morning …

For Supreme Leader Khamenei, it was hard to swallow that U.S. bombers got their permission to fly into Iranian airspace from the Israeli air force.

Iran had ZERO control over their own air space … but the Israelis did. And VDH added …

How about the little Satan Israel, to which Iran for nearly 50 years promised extinction?

Israel had destroyed Iran’s expeditionary terrorists, Iran’s defenses, its nuclear viability, and the absurd mythology of Iranian military competence. And worse, Israel showed it could repeat all that destruction when and if it is necessary.

  2. So we’re next-door neighbours with these guys yet idiot PM Carney does strategic military deals with EU. SMFH.

    1. Look ahead 30 years. Do we want our military supply chain to be at the mercy of Islamicized EU? Although to be fair, we will probably be there ourselves.

  3. “I offer my congratulations on the victory over the fallacious Zionist regime,” Ayatollah Ali Khamenei posted to X Thursday.

AI? Is the Ayatollah dead or did Democrat speech writers provide that bullsh*t?
Why didn’t the Ayatollah say our missile strikes forced Israel into a ceasefire?

    1. Isn’t the Ayatollah Assahollah 86 years old? Didn’t the Democraps claim Trump was “too old” to be POTUS cause he was 78 years old?

Have the Dem’s claimed that the Ayatollah is too old to be Supreme Leader yet? Just curious.

  4. Why didn’t Iran go for it?

BARCELONA (AP) — Iran is boasting that it has hypersonic missiles and says it already has begun firing the cutting-edge weapons at Israel.
There is no evidence that Iran has unleashed the missiles, and experts are skeptical of the claim. But the use of these fast-moving projectiles could test Israel’s vaunted missile-defense system and alter the course of the fighting between the two bitter enemies.

Hypersonic missiles are stirring fears in the Iran-Israel conflict. Here’s why | AP News

    1. There is no evidence that Iran has unleashed the missiles, and experts are skeptical of the claim.

Sooooooo WHY this scary article from the Jew-hating AP? Why are they continuing to project the FAKE and FLIMSY might of Iran? Face it … The Terrorist State of Iran is being/has been smashed to bits. And if Iran wants to see their entire infrastructure laid to waste … just FA-more-FO

  5. Carney wants to saddle the RCAF with a jet that is already obsolescent (Gripen) just to spite the US. Heck the Swedes are already looking for a replacement, but if we are stupid enough to buy it, they will sell it to us. It first flew in 1988, ten years after the Hornet. Whatever jet we buy we will have for at least 50 years. The Hornet has been in service with the RCAF for 43 years. When we failed to upgrade it to stay interoperable with our allies, we became a drag on our allies and we relegated to lesser missions or frozen out altogether. Just like now. We can’t keep pumping soup into the Hornet, it’s done. And the Swedes can’t keep pumping soup into the Gripen either. Either we want a relevant Air Force that fulfill our defence policy (a expeditionary air force that could technically have participated in an op like that) or we just want to fudge the 2% GDP and virtue signal.

  6. But the smoke signals from Tehran indicate something may be up.

Four senior Iranian officials, familiar with current policy discussions in the government, said that in Mr. Khamenei’s absence, politicians and military commanders were forming alliances and vying for power. These factions have different visions of how Iran should move forward with its nuclear program, its negotiations with the United States and the standoff with Israel.

The faction that appears to have the upper hand at the moment is pushing for moderation and diplomacy, the four officials said. It includes Mr. Pezeshkian, who has publicly signaled his willingness to return to the bargaining table with the United States even after Mr. Trump bombed Iran’s nuclear facilities. Mr. Pezeshkian’s allies include the head of the judiciary, Gholam-Hossein Mohseni-Ejei, who is close to the supreme leader, and the new commander of the armed forces, Maj. Gen. Abdolrahim Mousavi.
Iran is so riddled with factions that the absence of Khamenei will exacerbate the divisions in the leadership, no matter how united the people might be.

A great blast from the past as always, Kenji. Thanks for that.

After I watched it I hit one of the sidebar links to watch the original. Wow…Ted Nugent in a suit. 🙂

    2. Always liked the Detroit rock scene, Bob Seger, The Nuge, MC5, Kid and even Alice Cooper at one time.
But I decided there is an age when you should no longer wear cut-off t-shirts.

  7. Hehe, create just enough of a power vacuum that the rats will start fighting each other.
