1. Great. And what has happened to economic output, gross domestic product, in the same period? Declining, I would bet. Not all cultural values are the same, nor are they equal. Stop immigration and let the economy catch up because there are not houses, nor jobs, nor tax dollars for everyone else on the planet.

2. I’d like to see those stats compared to those laid off in lieu of those non-immigrant “Canadians” whose jobs they took away.

3. Thank God the federal government stepped up to the plate and quadrupled the number of public service apprenticeships for fart-suckers assistants.

   1. Yup….there are JOBS and then there are “jobs”. Kind of like those people who hang around public restrooms and hand you a paper towel and want a tip.

4. Why do we OWE random invaders a job? Shouldn’t they BRING their own financial means with them? Shouldn’t we ONLY allow immigration from the well-heeled and talented? Why are we obligated to provide a meal ticket for the dregs of society?

   Sorry, but it is a truism of REAL life that one bad apple DOES indeed spoil the whole bunch.

5. I’m more worried about the approximately 25% unemployment rate. People who can’t find legitimate work will find other types of work.

   1. Those are the people who are exploiting Employment Insurance while getting paid under the table for odd jobs, or begging at the street corner.

7. Where is the table that lists profits for Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Tim Horton’s versus newcomer immigration?

8. Does this table include all the illegal, I mean irregular border crosser’s that are draining the country dry?

   I bet there would be a significant change in the stat’s then.

9. Yup, change is in the air. Visited my local Home Depot the other day over a dispute with a tool order they effed up and their past and present “Employees of the Week” looked like it was lifted from the “One World” high school yearbook.
   And for those who aren’t totally on board with our Post Nation State, a not so subtle note taped on the customer service desk states “Home Depot will not tolerate loud, disrespectful and rude behaviour” . I asked the wife who that was for…me or the employees. Given the note wasn’t upside down I’ll assume it was for my benefit.
   Which is ok because my shadow will never darken their doorway again.

   1. Well, Burton, I suppose it depends on where you live. The Home Depot in Kelowna is staffed with mostly white people who are friendly and helpful. Plumbing section has retired white plumbers with good advice. Garden section has old white hippy chicks, and the lumber guys all look like jerry garcia. Yeah, there are some south asian staff, but they, too, are 2nd generation.

   2. Was at Wal Mart a couple of weeks ago. Of course they have employees in the store collecting money for some charity. You know the kind of “charity”. Not for the local firefighters. On the wall near the employee dugout was a list of employees, a schedule (and cute words of encouragement) for those on begging duty. I took a moment to read the names. There must have been 2 dozen and there were two I was pretty sure I could pronounce. I live in the Prairies.

10. What could possibly go wrong when you restrict government hiring to unskilled immigrants from low trust third world countries where corruption is endemic and accepted as normal and right?

    1. Some Logistics person told stories about dealing with the locals when contracting abroad. The Canadian gubmit is very tightass about spending money except when it’s for the politicians. You gotta follow the rules. Anyway trying to deal honestly in an environment where corruption is a way of life is weird. Abdoul hires his brother, sister, cousin, etc. Doesn’t see anything wrong with that. Who else you gonna hire, some stranger?

11. The number of unemployed Canadians is 1.6 million hosers.
    That’s a 13.8% increase from a year ago.
    (I don’t know if this applies to all the jabbering spearchuckers that aren’t making food deliveries.)

    The youth unemployment rate (15-24 year olds) is 14.2%.
    That’s a shit stat that proves this:

    Liberals hate Canadians and Liberal voters are fcking idiots.

12. Maybe this qualifies as a modern Tale of Two Cities.

    A week or so ago my wife got home from Cornwall’s Walmart and said “I bet you half the staff are young East Indians – and the three or four I dealt with were polite, smiling, and helpful”.

    Two days ago she was in an Ottawa Costco store with a friend and she had rather different comments about the multi-culti shopping cart mob. “It was scary. The place was packed and they were all pushy and scowling. They looked angry. I don’t think I’ll be going back.”

       That’s Costco.
       I called a pushy ignorant middle easterner “a fcking idiot” but he wouldn’t look at me.
       He was probably used to it.

       And I’m noticing more of it on the roads now.
       Just such offside “what are you going to do about it, whitey” actions that Plan B might have to be a regular ride-a-long accoutrement.

       1. Well, Buddy, as I noted above regarding Home Depot in Kelowna vs somewhere else…it apparently depends on where you live. The Costco in Kelowna is mainly staffed with friendly white people, and the shoppers are preponderantly old white people.

          My F-250 is getting some rust on the rear wheel wells. I debated fixing it, because it’s ugly. But I decided to leave it because the uglier the truck gets, the fewer morons cut me off. It seems they think that if the truck is ugly, that means I won’t be afraid to use the bumper on them.

          I won’t go into Hamilton or Toronto on my motorcycle. No freaking way. In the ’80s I’d ride in Toronto and on the QEW, 401, 427 etc. It was dangerous, but keeping my eyes open it was doable. Now? No way. Instant death.

          2. I feel the same way but drive a muscle car. I watch for the unguided German Luxury Schwimmwagen driven by Diversity and the eighteen wheeled Bangalore torpedoes MOAB on the highways with Mahout at the controls.

    2. Costco’s in Ottawa should only be visited during their early opening hours.
       Merivale and Hunt Club Rd store lets you in a half hour before “opening” time. The vast majority of patrons are older, white and intent on getting what they need and getting out before the regular fare show up.
       Staff are great, polite and helpful.
       Including propane tank fill up, meat and essentials (shopping list, no browsing) shopping, I’m usually in and out in 30 to 45 minutes.

13. Any figures I read from the federal gov’t, are in doubt for accuracy. They wildly overestimate their good results, and obfuscate or simply make unavailable the poor results. I doubt their accuracy in all areas of reportage.

14. We have easily 25 new driving schools that have sprung up down east, and they are all indians who can’t drive for shit, teaching other indian newcomers their same shit driving. Shithole.

    1. It’s not the speeding, it’s the shitty driving that makes it important you stay alert. I have seen some weird driving this year like turning into a one way boulevard (3 lanes) with big fucking signs that says not to do it. You have to watch your ass in roundabouts, these were made for high trust societies.

          Growing up in the 80’s and watching my parents drive rear wheel drive cars with regular rubber tires (no “winter” tires back then), and people drove nicely, bumper taps although rare didn’t involve damage and it felt like you were driving in Saskatoon, not Beirut or Islamabad
