The two youths charged were not identified by means of the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA).
OK, OK … so we don’t get names/ethnicities of the teen perps, but what about the two 23yo’s? Here’s how they’ve been described; “thugs”, 4-males, 23yo, suspects, masked, arrested, in a vehicle, approaching driveway, stealing trucks at 12:30 am, stealing license plates.
But no names provided for the 23yo adult “thugs”, and no other physical descriptions. Why?
