My simple guess, libs do not have ability to learn from their mistakes.
As we have seen, they will just keep on doing it!
wrong agin!!! the present gubbamint is successfully counting on VOTERS not learning from their mistakes.
This is not just the dumbass politicians, there are senior people within SASKPOWER pushing this nonsense. They absolutely should (and do) know better but have motives other than ensuring a cheap, reliable power source for Sask.
We had a great system now heading for disaster. These buggars will never be held accountable.
Are you arguing against …
“Clean”
“Green”
“Renewable”
“Sustainable”?
Do you also kick puppies and hate the handicapped?
See. Slogans and good feelings are far more important than energy. Now shut up and take your punishment for trying to consume energy
No good deed will go unpunished.
The first time we run out ofpower because of gov. Stupidity, that will be the lasttime i donate to this government.
Not to worry. Government will double-down on stupid.
Government’s only solution to something they funded that fails, is to pump even more money at it.
There is no problem.
Our expert helpers shall blame the electricity shortage on “The Winds”.
They will form a bureau of “Enhancing Wind reliability”.
With several “Native Shaman”,who are said to be able to call the “Winds”.
Surround them with all the trappings of yet another Government Bureau.
Lay off the Shaman and keep the Bureau for perpetuity.
Of course this Bureau will never fail.
The vagrancies of “The Winds” will always be down to “Global Warming”..”Acts of God”..
And in the effort to save the bearing of the turbines and keep the gearbox warm enough to function, these giant rotating religious symbols will consume far more energy that they will ever produce.
They will be seen to rotate on cold windless days..proving that they function.
As motor driven fans.
Hahaha ha … and when the holy Shaman is unable to call the winds … the Great mother turtle will reveal it is BIG OIL and all the fossil fuel use that has broken her natural systems. Yes, the white man will be blamed for killing the planet.
We should have listened to … The Storytellers
Of course SaskPower has to pretend that gas and coal had anything whatsoever to do with the problems caused solely by the unwanted, expensive, intermittent, and unreliable wind energy forced onto the grid.
Were it not for government decree, the grid would continue to function reliably and inexpensively with coal providing base power and gas peaking power.
But they have to keep pushing the BS to keep their brainwashed leftist zombies from thinking independently.
They’re either liars or incompetent.
Probably both.
While it’s temperate, I would increase my usage to the max. Turn on everything. Let the brownouts start until people learn not to vote for stupid green policies. If they don’t learn now, later people could get hurt during cold and heat spells when energy must be used, so it’s super important the message is received while it’s safe to do so.
