A Canadian judge ruled that the Trudeau Liberal government’s use of the Emergencies Act to break up the trucker’s convoy was illegal. So, citizen’s rights were trampled, figuratively and literally. Yet, to my knowledge, no one in the federal government was held accountable. The documents used by the government to invoke and justify the emergencies act are still hidden under cabinet confidentiality and/or national security. More than likely Trudeau appointed judges will overturn the decision on appeal because that’s how Canada rolls….it’s basically a banana republic.
L- When the government violates Constitutional Rights, it is liable to admit and humbly apologize, then pay damages. Everyone at the Freedom Convoy and/or had their
bank accounts frozen. The fed. gov’t. should have to buy each of them a new, Big Red, tractor-trailer!
The Liberal Party of Canada is very selective about who they apologize to and compensate. Citizens protesting against the Liberal government to uphold their basic human rights and medical rights are not in that select group.
I would have the INDIVIDUALS behind the federal government PERSONALLY pay, from their OWN PRIVATE accounts.

They even mandated that I carry a Vaccination Card … and even gave Apple authority to hold my vaccination card.
