  1. Danish politicians have been lying about electricity for decades. Right now, Denmark consumes about 36 TWh of electricity. However its imports of electricity from Norway, Sweden and Germany amount to approximately 18 TWh. The Swedish portion includes a large amount of nuclear power. So Denmark claiming to be nuclear-free is a deliberate lie.

    Denmark’s wind fleet is also something of a lie. Politicians claim Denmark’s renewable energy comes from wind. But most of the electrical energy actually comes from biofuel by burning garbage.

  2. Midwits gonna midwit until the lights go out. Even re-starting a de-commissioned plant takes time…

  3. “Cheap, green, renewable energy”!

    Yeah … the check is in the mail … small is beautiful … and I won’t ejaculate in your … and “clean green, renewable energy is cheap”.

    1. I always laugh when I see some green moron telling us how “cheap” renewable (aka unreliable) energy is when everywhere the crap is put in place, the power prices go through the roof.

      1. I was shocked to see how much they pay in Denmark … but that’s only the LOWEST tier of my PG&E bill. We pay a shitload more than the Danes do. Yeah … I blame the supermajority Democrat government … and … their hand-picked members of the PUC who grant every single price increase by PG&E … because they’re committed to … “clean, green, EXPENSIVE, energy” … because it PUNISHES energy use … economically. And the elites all get filthy rich.

      2. They’re not known as swindlemills and subsidy farms for nothing.

  4. Lars Aagaard, the country’s climate minister

    Why isn’t there a Solar System, or Galaxy, minister? This would be an even more important portfolio than mere weather. I am always amazed at the fatuity of politicians.

    1. Lie to steal money from the private sector,
      then lie attempting to save face;
      a weary level of performance art.

      Politicians invented the Shit-Eating Grin.
