Blacklock’s- Poverty Rate Up Again: Feds
The national poverty rate is up again for a fourth consecutive year to 10.2 percent, Statistics Canada said yesterday. The rate was even higher, as much as 10.9 percent, using new calculations to be introduced this year.

The liberals consider more poor people a good thing, because paupers are easier to please and to control. Imagine how many more poor people they’d create by implementing a home equity tax. In one fell swoop they’d put a lot of cash poor homeowners out on the street. Meanwhile those homes will be bought up by Brookfield and rented out at a high price. What’s not to love under Carney the Conman’s enlightened regime?
