  2. The frightened people that live in this place would rather look the other way than upset abusers like China.

    Every coward on the planet knows it’s perfectly acceptable to say bad things about Trump, he’s not going to freeze their bank accounts, so the frightened fall in line behind the cowards.

    How many ways are there to explain “mass formation psychosis” or whatever propaganda narrative thing is happening? Dunno. Has the “education system” successfully dumbed down enough of the people?

  3. It’s almost laughable how shameless they are when it comes to theft.
    Their Jf- 35 is a straight up rip off of the F-35 fighter jet, it’s almost like someone gave them the blueprints…wait a minute!!! As counter intuitive as it may seem we should be thankful they’re only half decent when it comes to inventing things but thanks to Communism, they really suck at innovation which means they have to keep stealing to stay competitive. In an oversimplified nutshell. They know they have to put tab A into slot B…they just don’t know why it works when you do it.
    Stealing can always be remedied if you have the stomach for it. That would involve hiring freezes and a halt to all student visas. Brace yourself for copious amounts of caterwauling.

    1. Yes they steal and the quality control is “less than special”. I admire the artwork and porcelainware of Dynastic China, but that is it! I also would not go there as a tourist as I could be arrested and thrown into jail as the 2 Michaels were.

Many of the people who could create such porcelainware (and teach others how to do so) were murdered or in some other way destroyed (a person could manage to physically survive a re-education camp, but that doesn’t mean they came out the same as before) . Most of the ‘old China’ tourist spots are sad, theme park like recreations anyway, complete with conscripted re-enactors — the originals were also destroyed. China is very much a Potemkin village writ large.

        It’s companies owned and run by the west that build junk,products for domestic sale in China are far superior to that for export. I was over there , in 2019, as a tourist, visiting a friend.

        1. My son works for a company that produces a superior product to that being manufactured here. They own 60% of the facility and 40% is Chinese owned. One of their customers informed them some of the people involved in China were offering to sell them product at a reduced price. They had stolen the technology and plant design and were coming to poach the customers. Met them at the airport. But believe what you want. It’s rampant.

  7. I was a member of the BC Inventors Society in the 90s. Inventors would present their innovations and inventions to the group for input, assistance and criticism. For the last few years that I attended there were two Chinese men that sat at the back of the meeting, never participating or presenting anything of their own.
    I asked others why these guys were attending.

    Short answer: They’re there to get ideas that they can take back to China, where items will be mass produced at a price that nobody can match.
    A bandit culture.
