  1. The Lieberals have been screwing the west since 1867 and particularly since nineteen & 5. Where’s the news?

  2. When the Hunger Games trilogy of books first appeared, both my sister and I knew that it was about the coastal elites (both coasts) controlling the productive regions in the interior. Yes, it was referencing the United States, but it equally applies to Canada. I was beyond disgusted when I recently discovered that only B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan are the “have” provinces, supporting everybody else. I am especially upset with Upper and Lower Canada, which is what I now call Ontario and Quebec.
Sadly, my lovely sister died suddenly one year ago and I am the executrix of her estate. When it is finally over, I am moving to Ottawa (AKA “The belly of the beast”) because my daughter lives in Montreal and my nephew lives in Ottawa and they are my one and two executors. I will have to learn to “zip it” when I move there.

    1. “…my daughter lives in Montreal and my nephew lives in Ottawa and they are my one and two executors. I will have to learn to “zip it” when I move there.”

Nah. If you’re like me, you’re too old to learn to “zip it”. Instead, I would embrace it and see if your daughter and nephew can tolerate a little rational discourse. And if they can’t, let them find out they’re the ones who should have learned to “zip it” when they execute your will and discover they inherited “zip”.

  3. Fahy may have immunity from suit on the basis of legislative privilege (speech and debate clause), but none of her assistants, staff or lobbyists do.

  4. Sorry, but by now the west is letting itself get screwed.
    No sympathy.
You could at least follow the K-becers example and stand up for yourselves, but nope, wah wah wah.

  5. Tesla Derangement Syndrome.
Democrats are incapable of hiding their totalitarian nature, and the residents of Blue States are now meeting the monster they’ve elected.

  6. Protecting the Gravy Train.
Thank you, Senator Fahy, for publicly admitting that waste, fraud and inefficiency in Government are the Key Liberal Values.

  7. So Carney wants to pivot Canada to dependency on the dead, dying and unproductive socialist nations of Western Europe. How many more servile, unproductive and impoverished socialists can lean upon the wealth of Western Canada, anyway?

  8. Every Smithsonian employee should be fired, and the contents of the museum and its warehouses (and the archives) should be dispersed to smaller museums across America. And vetted curators should be hired for each smaller museum. It would be great for history and for tourism (and probably save money). The Smithsonian
has been anti history for a very long time.

    1. Yep, the Smithsonian has been a gatekeeper to the real knowledge of our past and as we know, he who controls the past … future. There have been giant skeletons found, many. We have fabulous, extravagant buildings that defy being built by those we are told peopled these places, w horse n wagon.

We know little and that’s intentional.
