  1. Once the Carnholer is installed after the election, kiss goodbye to “X” in Canada, must….control…all…

  2. “Among the people to whom Solomon has brokered the sale of paintings are Jim Balsillie, co-founder of Research In Motion (now BlackBerry) and Mark Carney, the former Bank of Canada governor and current governor of the Bank of England.”

Guess Carney approved of the commission.

    1. Well, I always liked the young Evan Solomon on television, and frankly, brokering crooked art deals is as close to a victimless crime – indeed, to a purely notional crime – as I can think of, so I’m not willing to cast much moral opprobrium on him. I mean, if no one brokered crooked art deals, wouldn’t the entire art world collapse?

Now, being an open Liberal is another matter. There’s only so much pitch you can touch before your hands turn black.

      1. It’s a secret bribe to further corrupt the CBC and all government, it has nothing to do with art.
Just like Hunter Biden’s PsOS have nothing to do with art.

  3. A casual comment from Solomon at the time of the art scandal suggested that Carney was about to be involved. Something I read earlier this week. Sorry, can’t remember where, but it was an actual quote from Solomon. Carney was referred to as ” the gov”. I guess they have been friends for a long time.

  4. The song and dance continues. Another shameless mediot joins the Fiberals.

Corruption is a feature, not a bug, with Liberals, modelled after the parent, the CCP.

  5. Solomon was always arrogant so he’ll fit in with Gary Butts and Mark Carbon.

(I call Gerry Gary because if I ever meet him I’m going to call him Gary and then correct him if he tries to tell me its Gerry, heh.)

  6. Evan Solomon should do a lounge act. With a backing group. “The Solomon Islanders”, all children of members of Don Messer’s old band.
