2. Carney need to be asked about his plans to implement a ‘circular economy’ for Canada, can anyone explain how that would operate?

   1. Similar to how the other DPRK in the world operates its circular economy. I understand the Kim guys are experts at it.

         Separate, but related. I read that NATO can at most field 2 combat divisions with limited interoperability. When the US invaded Iraq in the first Gulf war, they went with 12 divisions. There is no NATO. There is the US military and poseurs.
