97 Replies to “Biden’s Last Act Of Corruption”

    1. This is complete insanity. Pardoning someone for uncharged crimes implies that they have committed crimes that have been hidden. Hopefully this ends up in front of the Supreme Court.

      1. A pardon stops incarceration and expunges a guilty verdict.
But it does not stop an investigation.

      1. *
        Two observations…

        1. I’m sure they’re at least as deserving as poor, persecuted Hunter.
        2. Innocent people don’t need pardoned.

        *

    2. This is an admission of guilt. Plain and simple. If none of these corrupt people committed crimes there wouldn’t be a need for a preemptive pardon. Of course, the usual Demoncrap/Lieberal apologist idiots here and elsewhere will yell it means absolutely no such thing.

        1. That’s why Fauci was so smug during his hearings in congress. He knew he was untouchable.
… and yes, a pre-emptive pardon presupposes guilt. You wouldn’t need a pardon if you haven’t committed any crimes… otoh… tell that to the J6ers.

          1. The J6ers have been convicted (found guilty by the process).
Their pardons (if given) are what pardons are for.

          2. Anthony Fauci should spend the rest of his life, testifying before Congress, grand juries, etc.

            Call him as a “witness”.

      1. Mike T
“This is an admission of guilt.”
Yes it is and so says the USSC 1915 ruling that a person accepting a “pardon” is an admission of their guilt.
These people were committing crimes against America and they knew it… they also knew they would get away with it.
        Gangsters.

    3. How on earth does a country, which proclaims to be a “democratic” country, allow such a dictatorial action as “Executive Orders” ? How is that democratic, and not dictatorial?
It leaves the country wide open to abuse by a malevolent president. There needs to be a law to eliminate such an overt power to one person (Democrat or Republican).

      1. They can limit the power of any branch of government by passing a constitutional amendment.

One guess which states would vehemently oppose such an amendment

      2. Same in Canada with Orders in Council. OiCs are our equivalent of Executive Orders, and Canada has suffered under Trudeau’s OiCs.

        1. No, an Order in Council is not quite the same as an Executive Order, which is a direct intrusion on the federal judicial system. An Order in Council, as nefarious as it is, still does not infringe on the judicial system.

        1. Well yes, Executive Orders have to be within the scope of Presidential powers and be legal and constitutional. The keys weakness of EOs as compared to laws passed by Congress is that they can be cancelled as easily as they are written.

      3. How on earth does a country, which proclaims to be a “democratic” country, allow such a dictatorial action as “Executive Orders” ? How is that democratic, and not dictatorial?

The USA is a constitutional republic that elects its leaders and representatives democratically – that, and nothing else, is what makes it democratic. The constitution gives the President broad but not unlimited powers to run the government and execute the laws. Executive Orders are part of those powers.

President Trump is about to drop hundreds of Executive Orders just today.

      4. To answer your question from my perspective Len; I doubt that the Framers’ in their day could envision that less than truly Honourable men would reach the pinnacle that the likes of some modern day so called ‘statesmen’ have achieved.
Blame it on an ambivalent and under educated electorate etc.

      5. There’s two separate issues here. Executive Orders are directions to the bureaucracy. Pardons are listed as a presidential power in the constitution, and are a different thing, amounting to an override of the judiciary branch.

    4. Too stupid with CYA to know they’re being convicted by the outgoing President.
Biden’s handler’s best move would have been to pardon Donald Trump.
Think about that. No appeals laughed out of the first real court they encounter.
But, as we all know, DeMarxists aren’t smart, they’re one trick power ponies.

When that was short-circuited by electoral electrician Trump, they panic and scatter, retreating to the same failed tactics of lawfare and dehumanization of contrary thought and dystopic decisions like coronating Kamala.

    5. BREAKING NEWS
Creepy Joe has just issued full pardons to his entire family in his final act of corruption

  1. The Biden DOJ set the predicate, I am sure the Virginia AG can go hunting, it doesn’t apply to state crimes, and crimes appear to be whatever the prosecutor says they are, witness Alvin Bragg.

      1. Unfortunately, no.
I would definitely pull any clearances he has so he can’t easily get any media or consulting jobs.

  2. Nothing says they can’t have an investigation and be called to testify. Run them through the ringer.

  3. Congress should subpeona Fauci, and ask the same questions again and see if he perjures himself again. Jail him for contempt if he refuses to show up

  4. Brandon: “Baseless and politically motivated investigations wreak havoc on the lives, safety and financial security of targeted individuals and their families.”

  5. The Democrats have reduced their vaunted rule of law to a clown show complete with slapstick and pratfalls. “Law? I don’t need no stinkin’ law!” Every man for themselves.

Romans 2, after Romans 1 description of the moral collapse of a society:

2 You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things. 2 Now we know that God’s judgment against those who do such things is based on truth. 3 So when you, a mere human being, pass judgment on them and yet do the same things, do you think you will escape God’s judgment? 4 Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, forbearance and patience, not realizing that God’s kindness is intended to lead you to repentance?

    1. Breaking! Trump Considering Pardon For ALL J6 Political Prisoners In Response To Biden Pardoning Dr. Fauci, Gen. Milley, Liz Cheney & Others
Reported by Jonathan Karl ABC News

  6. Fauci and his “Gain of Function Research” has killed millions of people! And everyone that has Long Covid symptoms that cause life changing symptoms can thank him for their misery! If you believe in such a thing he will be judged by a higher power as we all will when he leaves!

    1. Call Fauci in front of a Congressional committee and grill him on all aspects of his COVID research.

Including why he sponsored dangerous research in a level 2 lab.

Seize all his papers, electronic records etc. and make them public.

  7. Think of all the ways this can and will be used and abused by presidents from now on. The most obvious is that a president and his administration can direct (willingly or by force) employees of government agencies and private contractors to engage in illegal activities against citizens with the promise of a pre-emptive pardon. What kind of illegal activities? The worst ones you can imagine if there’s absolutely no limitations on presidential pardons.

Once again, progressive politicians and their cheerleaders are normalizing horrendous abuse of power without any thought of what happens when people they hate and fear are in power. Power often attracts the worst kinds of people and pre-emptive pardons ensures there will be zero legal consequences for illegal, immoral and unethical behavior.

    1. Trump issues preemptive pardons to a team of Attorneys.
Those Attorneys indict and charge the Fauci’s and Cheney’s…..wait, that’s illegal! YES, IT IS
LATHER RINSE REPEAT. IT WON’T END….

      1. Yep, it could descend into a massive dystopian pit of unaccountably and lawlessness. I think the US Supreme Court will have to look at presidential pre-emptive pardons and figure out a way to balance this unchecked presidential power to protect citizens from government abuse of that power.

Another question : does a US presidential pardon protect people like Fauci from non-US prosecution? His pronouncements affected global covid policies.

      1. What Biden has done with pre-emptive pardons, a pardon without a conviction or admission of guilt, is the ultimate moral hazard. In this case the moral hazard isn’t being insulated from a minor risk, those pardoned are being shielded from criminal prosecution for potentially major crimes against their own citizens.

        moral hazard:

The risk that an individual or organization will behave recklessly or immorally when protected from the consequences.

The prospect that a party insulated from risk may behave differently from the way it would behave if it were fully exposed to the risk.

    2. Those who start the mess don’t believe it will happen to them. They believe we will always take the high road until they retake the reins.

    3. legal and political precedents are dangerous territory, engaged by those with myopia and limited time frame and an abysmal lack of concern/knowledge of the saying ‘be careful what you wish for’.
president Trump may be far better eviscerating this ruling instead of retaliating with sweeping pardons of his own.
      we shall see.

    4. What if the upcoming investigation into the massive and co ordinated fraud of the 2020 election that saw the CIA and FBI and other corrupt “Deep State” organizations insert criminal Joe into the WH proves without a doubt that there was a massive fraud of an election.

Criminal Joe and the Demonrats gang would have no authority.

Criminal Joe was illegitimate and so every pardon he gives to his criminal comrades will also be deemed illegitimate.

Everyone knows criminal Joe did not win in 2020.
      popcorn.
Either way… these criminals pardoning themselves from their criminal deeds will not work. IMO.

  8. I expected nothing less from the Biden/Brandon Crime Family.
May all of his “advisors” choke on their filet mignon.

    1. Exactly.

And if not… will the next President issue preemptive pardons to those tasked with hunting down these criminals?
That’s the flip side of Thomas not being able to address this in a majority decision. Why Thomas? I saw Biden’s performance at Thomas’ confirmation hearing.

  9. You can still try them…sure would like to see evidence made public and that’s the best way to do it, they also need to sit through a trial!

    1. That would be a good strategy to set the premise of abuse of executive powers.
Once the premise is set a state’s convention can be convened to hash out a constitutional amendment limiting the power of the president to only pardon individuals for crimes they have been convicted of in a court of law.
Prior to that the Supreme Court should be asked to determine the constitutional legitimacy of pardoning for a crime not committed is the equivalent of charging someone for a crime they didn’t commit.

  10. How much did the pardon recipients pay to the Big Guy, Mr 10% for their get out-of-jail free passport? I’m thinking hefty sums deposited into Biden’s offshore accounts.

  11. As soon as the truth about the 2020 election is released, Biden’s presidency is vitiated — invalidated — and all his executive orders, laws, pardons, etc. will also be invalidated. Expect arrests and trials. Some will go to jail for the rest of the lives and others will be executed for treason.

  12. I’m sure Varmit is happy
I see eccohealth and Peter dazak
Have been banned for funding by HHS.
    Settled science right Varmit?

  13. Do these grotesque pardons remind anybody else of the old Mel Gibson movie where the evil villain delivers the line “diplomatic immunity” just before Mel Gibson shoots him?

  14. This is not Biden’s last act of corruption.

Might be as President, but the corrupt practices of the Biden’s will continue.

  15. Now Trump just needs to pre-emptively pardon a small army of assassins and really drain the swamp. After that, he should change the rules for presidential pardons because this is moronic.

  16. Hopefully this will be challenged in court. Does it not give them carte blanche to commit crimes. If no actual crime is specified, then they are pardoned for everything. I do not think this will stand up legally.

  17. This is not without precedent. President Ford gave Richard Nixon a broad pardon for “all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974”.

Note that Biden’s pardon also covers: “Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee.”

The one exception for Presidential Pardons is for impeachment, so that doesn’t let Congress critters off if the new congress feels inclined to impeach. (prediction: it won’t).

  18. With reference to: https://www.scotusblog.com/2021/01/the-supreme-court-and-the-presidents-pardon-power/

    a. “The president can issue a pardon at any point after a crime is committed and before, during or after criminal proceedings have taken place.”
    b. “In Burdick v. United States, .. Unlike immunity, the court reasoned, a pardon “carries an imputation of guilt; acceptance a confession of it.””

So these pardons most definitely means that crimes have been committed, and by accepting them you actually admit that you are guilty.
    Interesting times indeed.

    1. Johan
      Thanks for posting.

Biden has actually made investigating these people easier. Since they are pardoned, I’m told they cannot claim the fifth.

So put them in front of Congressional committees and question them endlessly.
If they refuse to answer, or lie, then charge them with perjury.

Does a pardon mean you can’t prosecute someone for a crime in a court of law? Or merely that you can’t sentence them for the crime.

Remember, sometimes the process is the punishment.

    2. And for those that don’t follow old SC cases, the Biden DOJ just weeks ago said that if Trump pardoned any J6 defendants that means they were admitting BBB they were guilty.

      1. Thanks fc

Normally I truncate all my links, but I got distracted by a phone call and missed that.

        Thanks for posting correct link.

  19. Have a Congressional committee meet in Wyoming and call Liz Cheney. When she lies or refuses to testify, charge her in Wyoming Federal Court to bypass the usual DC immunity for Democrats.

  20. If Biden’s win of presidency can be proven to have been a fraud–are those pardons nullified? (since Biden wasn’t president?)

  21. Mighty nice of Sleepy Joe.
OK the idiots pulling his strings.
This is a bold declaration of the guilt of those named.
No need for expensive trials and litigation.
They are declared guilty by Presidential Decree.
If Americans want rule of law, such presumptions of divine authority must be shutdown.
No man is above the law, especially low life Democrats.

    And their victims??
Such “pardons” tells those who have been harmed by these political creatures, that justice is denied.
That these individuals are above the law and immune of all consequence..
So the victims can justifiably abandon all legal recourse..

I wonder, did these Demon Rats think this through?
You cannot claim “Protection of law and constitution, when you place yourself outside of both.

  22. One week from now, Biden is interviewed, “I did not issue any pardons. On my last day I signed thank you letters to people who helped make my administration a great success.”

    1. And Leslie Stahl will drool the whole interview. She’ll be daydreaming of sitting face-first in Joe’s lap at the conclusion.

  23. Charge them under terrorism laws, or better yet file a lawsuit asserting he can’t pardon people because he’s not mentally competent or stable.

  24. In reality this action reenforces an important truth:
The ENTIRE Covid debacle, “pandemic” whatever you want to call it was POLITICAL, and had NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO with any actual biology.
ALL OF IT…the “lockdowns”, the “social distancing” the arrows and dots on the floors, the shots, masks, etc was all 100% politics and 0% actual science.

If you cannot see that, I don’t know how to help you.

    1. The Covid crimes went way beyond Fauci, and now he can’t take the 5th, so there better still be investigations on that one.

  25. Was Biden still President? Was Trump sworn in yesterday, possibly before Joe issued the pardons? Apparently this isn’t without precedent. I saw a clip that this happened with Reagan. What happened with TIKTOK could be an indicator. Let us hope.
It has been anything but a peaceful transfer.

  26. Robert Hur declared Joe Biden mentally incompetent . He cant legally be responsible . Nothing he does is with full mental capacity . Someone else is using him as a rubber stamp.

  27. Is Biden responsible for any deaths that his death row pardons cause?

    Did he pardon himself?

  28. perhaps *trying them in court anyway* despite the sentences being nullified WOULD ESTABLISH THEIR GUILT IN THE HISTORICAL RECORD.
in the very long term? A GOOD THING FOR THE REMAIN DEMOCRAPS YOU MIGHT ‘THINK’ LIKE THOSE IN THE BIDEN REGIME.
president Trump is ‘older but wiser’ this time around AND HAS 4 YEARS IN FRONT OF HIM TO ENACT COUNTERMEASURES AND CORRECTIVE MEASURES ETC ETC.
honest to gawd lve NEVER felt so positive optimistic, RELIEVED
about a presidential election ever before and l was 12 yrs old when JFK stopped a bullet.

  29. Biden has established a legal basis for a permanent rotating lawless executive branch. He has ruined the case that the US is a place committed to the rule of law. A President can now direct the CIA or anyone in the administration to commit a lawless action and then pardon them.

I weep for the country the USA used to be. American exceptionalism? It’s over.

  30. EL- A pardon protects the person pardoned from the legal consequences of the crime. There
be may in the U.S. , as in Canada, have a Prosecuting Attorney be required to determine: 1. Is there a likelihood of conviction e.I. evidence for conviction is strong enough to be beyond a
reasonable doubt in criminal law or beyond a balance of probabilities in civil law. 2. Is the
    prosecution in the public interest?

I’d argue that investigation of a crime may very well be in the public interest even when a
guilty party is immune from prosecution e.i. deceased or has been pardoned pre-emptively.
Thus due to the magnitude, turpitude and implications of the offence and being
overwhelmingly in the public interest, investigation to ascertain the facts material to the
crime and to possibly avoid a repeat by the guilty party or others in the future. That fully
investigating to conclusion of civil and/or criminal responsibility is justified!

Respectfully submitted for consideration to the Jury(Grand or otherwise) of public opinion
and any persons morally, politically and legally obliged to shoulder such a responsibility.

The case of the Cov-19 Lockdowns and injection mandates is such a case.

  31. On the plus side, I can’t wait for the next Democrat support to whine about how Donald Trump is a traitor who tried to overturn the results of the lawful, legitimate election in 2020 by organizing an armed insurrection that killed police officers and very nearly destroyed American democracy and the rule of law. Okaaaay…then why did the J6 committee and all the officers who testified need pardons, exactly?

  32. Rachel Vindmann will never be able to sing “Chattanooga Choo-Choo” again. She’ll get as far as “Pardon me, boy”, and then burst into tears of frustrated rage.
