    1. @steve: Yep, same here. It will be hilarious Jan 20, Trump to slap 25% on all Canada, except Alberta.

    2. Well, its worse for me. Due to family considerations, I’ll be living in Lockdownistan, Trudeautopia (formerly Toronto) for a bit longer.

Thug Fraud can wear all the stupid hats he wants, but joining Junior and the Have-Nots on their national tour will pretty much wipe us out.

And yes, I can hear TROC laughing…

  1. I don’t know why Moe would sign onto this suicide pact with the liberals. After what they threatened to do when SK paused the carbon tax for natural gas.

    1. Alberta and Saskatchewan joined confederation in 1905. Both provinces have bee ill-served time and again by the rest of Canada and as 2 of the 3 HAVE provinces are expected to pay the freight for everyone else.

  2. I would suggest that Queeebec should shut off their energy exports (electricity) for about a month first, as a test case as it were.

    1. It would take about 20 minutes for the marines to get the power turned back on.
Don’t give them a reason to get involved!!

        1. Or have Canada control its own immigration which has gotten out of hand under the Trudeau “government”. Canada acts much like Mexico in allowing immigrants in through its southern border and then waltz into the U.S.

  3. After what I watched Moe do to the unvaxxed during covid, this doesn’t surprise me at all. A little peer pressure and he folds like a cheap suit. Alberta conservatives have been Saskatchewan’s ally during the entire Trudeau era but Moe turns his back on them after one meeting with the other premiers. The same premiers who happily went along with Trudeau’s anti-fossil fuel, anti-Alberta/Sask policies for a decade. The Saskatchewan Party was already dead to me after covid mandates but this move by Moe is just as bad.

    1. Moe has been a closet Lieberal all along. Pretending to stand for Saskatchewanites while instead following most of the Liberal ideology. Yes the collateral damage he did during the Covid scam is unforgivable. The Sask Party has become the Liberal party of Saskatchewan. By not standing with Alberta he became a traitor.
I did not and will not vote for the Sask Party lead by dictator Moe.

      1. Having no core principles is typical of a politician. As is susceptibility to self-interest, bribes and blackmail. It’s extremely rare to find a politician with both integrity and a backbone. Moe will find out that the same Canadian premiers he has now aligned himself with will turn their back on Saskatchewan in a heartbeat.

        1. I read this. I don’t know if it is true but it opens the possibilities:
General Flynn Says Congress Is Full Of Blackmailed Pedophiles .
          Same for Canadian politicians?

          1. I doubt they’re all pedos but many seem to have a price or have done shady deals which leaves them open to being bribed or blackmailed. After they are compromised once, they have keep doing as they are told.

        2. For Your Information:
Regina Leader Post Jan16th- “Both Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe and Albert Premier Danielle Smith have rejected the idea of any measures that would affect Canada’s energy exports to the United States!”
——” Oil is transported into the US and then back into Canada ——————–it would be operationally impossible to even consider that!” Moe
Try to get your facts straight gentlemen!
I will repeat what I’ve said now 3 times —-President Elect Trump is too clever to impose tariffs on his friends!

  4. That’s the right move, Smith. Over here we have Jughead Ford flapping his gums and wearing his ridiculous “Canada is not for sale” hat. No, that’s right Doug, but greenbelt land to your developer buddies is.

  5. Is Premier Moe reading polling showing support in Sask for The Turd™ or the #Libranos? Support that 80% of the rest of the country can’t see?

If it was a “lighter version” of the #Libranos, would he meet them halfway? I’m not really all that with negotiating a compromise with someone who’s trying to burn down the house. I understand that there are some people who enjoy burning a house down, but what of the 80% of Canadians who don’t want to burn the house down? Don’t they count? Are they important, even in some small way too?

    1. The influx of people moving to AB, draining the other provinces of right leaning people will be the greatest effect on Canada.

Those who are innovators and mavericks and know the meaning of hard work will see the opportunities and pack their bags.

I saw an article that said that UHaul is no longer experiencing growth in people moving to the Okanagan. First time in forever. They are moving out.

The housing/rental market will skyrocket in AB, boosting our economy even more.

Wonder if Danielle has a plan for securing the Alberta border from undocumented citizens? ;>D

      1. People fleeing other messed up Provinces for Alberta often bring their voting preferences that messed up their Province with them. The initial goodies socialism provides is seductive and addictive. Alberta’s conservatism is at risk.

  6. Anyone aligned with the Turd is a coward and a traitor.

If ever there was a time to turn the other cheek, offer freer trade and deal with the Cartels making fentanyl in BC (while they make business arrangements with Islamic terrorists) it is now.

Smith stands alone because the others can’t stand reality.

  7. As a contractor in Alberta near Edmonton I meet new Albertans all the time, buying homes and renovating. They ALL say they are so glad to have left Toronto or Vancouver. They can afford a house, the neighborhoods are safe and the government is not pushing woke or poke.

  8. I”ve said many times that Scott Moe is neither smart or brave, he’s staying true to form. This last election has him scared to death of the NDP and the local media, it’s all quite sad. The Sask Party has jumped the shark in this province and it’s going to be a hard slide into debt and despair with Moe at the helm. Except for Smith, Conservatives has badly misread the room on Trump and the movement down south and have failed to understand how to get on board and spread the message.

    1. L- If only Sask. had an alternative, common sense party, one that could “unite” voters; ones
who believe in free speech enough to disagree with really stupid policies coming from the prov.
      Administrative state(of corruption) and Trudopea?

We thought we had a Freedom Convoy of the mind, before it act like “controlled opposition”?
Heck, I’d vote for Shaun Newman to lead a new conservative movement here!

      1. There was an alternative. The Saskatchewan United Party. Sadly they did not win a seat and received slightly less than 4% of the votes. As has been said before Canadian voters are stupid.

  9. If the rest of Canada had supported Team Alberta for the last decade we would have had several other pipelines to be able to ship our oil to different buyers. As it is the U.S. is Alberta’s biggest customer for our oil. We cannot afford to piss off our biggest (and almost only) customer. How would Canada shoulder our massive 1.3 Trillion dollar debt and interest payments without a productive and profitable oil industry? In reality Danielle is protecting Alberta’s oil industry for the benefit of Alberta AND Canada. It takes a brave and strong person to stand up against your peers for what you believe to be right. Leadership in spades.

    1. Canada needs a crude oil pipeline to the west coast and a natural gas pipeline to the east coast. This would give us access to Japan, Germany and America – a pretty good crowd to export to.

      1. I don’t know. I was told by a reliable authority on the matter, a former part-time high school drama teacher no less, that there was no business case for that.

  10. Until Trudeau is gone – preferably disappearing under a bus – he is still the PM.
Creating a crisis instead of solving a problem is a great way to say,
“Maybe I thould thtay and protect Canadianth interethth.”
    Do you trust the sock-fcker?

The fact that these premier losers are all siding with him/her is beyond sickening, but it also shows they’re all Liberals and they hate Canadians.
Not one of them will suffer a consequence for their childish ignorance and genetic stupidity.
We should just revolt and anoint Smith as Top Gun for 10 years.

  11. Moe needs to pull his head out of his ass.
    Trump wants the border fixed.
After Canada loses a trade war with the US and after Alberta separates Trump will still want the border fixed.

So why don’t the premiers fix the border now instead of furiously stroking each others tariffboners?

  12. For Your Information:
Regina Leader Post Jan 16th–“Both Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe and Albert Premier Smith have rejected the idea of any measures that would affect Canada’s energy exports to the United States!”
———“Oil is transported into the US and then back into Canada—————it would be operationally impossible to even consider that!” Moe
My personal opinion is why would the WEST allow this to happen——–The Premiers won’t and we the people in Western Canada won’t either!
