How much of the under 30’s worldview has been affected by the home environment, how much by peer pressure, how much by the internet, and how much by academia? This issue took years to infiltrate society and it will likely take years to remedy.
I worked at a multi-billion dollar corporate HQ for almost 20 years and would get all the new hire notices. I would say maybe 85-90 percent of all IT department hires were Indian. I always wondered how many white males were being screwed over so the C-Suite could save a buck or two. Trump needs to find a middle ground here at minimum.
