6. I’m surprised that Iraq has depleted their supply of 10-15 year old nubiles and will now have to rely on the 9 years olds to pick up the slack.

   I remember hearing how Iraq needed to be rebuilt and have a constitution written for them or they’d fall into a state of permanent disrepair, but when I look at it now from afar, I can’t see real value having been brought to it that wouldn’t have saved western funds from being wasted.
   If the west hadn’t spent $1. rebuilding it, what would be the difference?
