    Within Ukraine, as I found during a visit last year, elite corruption causes great anger among ordinary Ukrainians, and especially among veterans.

      I’m not convinced that this is the most pressing issue derailing Ukraine’s war effort at this stage. It seems like they have much bigger fish to fry than gathering a few thousand unwilling college grads to beat over the head and send to the front.

      But of course I’m not a military expert like some posting here.

    1. So? Keeping you laptop or phone for more than two years is a bad thing? We used to have phones and TVs for decades and PCs for 4 or 5 years.
      Bring back quality over vanity.

    1. It is not ‘hopeful’, it is a disgrace to America and injurious to her prosperity. Just give them green cards already. DHS was and is a mistake.
