3. The least they could do considering they’re the most useless lobby in Canada.

   What kind of trucking lobby is in favour of more regulation and cost for truckers ? A cuckolded one.

5. So they want to end Owner/Operators who lease with large firms rather than be employed by such. Sounds like a covert L.U.B. Teamsters operation. Claiming “no benefits” translates to “not paying union dues.”

   1. Not true. Driver Inc is for drivers who should be classified as employees. They own no equipment. It’s basically a way for the employers not to pay CPP or EI. The driver will pay both halves of the CPP, but nothing to EI since he’s “self-employed”.

      But they initially get larger cheques (no deductions at all) so they think they’re making more money.
