16 Replies to “Get Your Degree In Hamas Terrorism”

  1. Do we even know how representative the couple of thousand aggressive pro Palestinian radicals are? I’m seeing reports of those arrested maybe 20 to 40 % are actually enrolled students. You know that paid activists and the media gin this stuff up so it pays to be skeptical. I’ll grant you that there is the appearance that many, maybe even the majority of students, are sympathetic to the protestors and that’s disturbing. I’d sure like to see some trustworthy statistics.

Except in Canada – they’ll get a job in a municipal, provincial, territorial or federal government.
Or as some public service union leader.
Or they might be able to set up a lucrative consultancy firm to suck the taxpayer dry.
Of course some earnings will go to Hamas Cowards: “Funneling For Tunneling”
    Or Hezbollah: “Rockets For Israel”

  3. It’s all part of the ongoing politicization of higher education, which has done so much already to destroy higher education’s utility and reputation.

But there’s good news. Many universities are pushing back, and the free market is starting to weed the garden.

    1. Many universities are pushing back

Name three. Canada’s universities, especially the ones in Quebec, have always been hotbeds of radicalism. Formerly STEM-focused schools like Waterloo are now completely infested with cultural Marxism.

      1. Agreed, Daniel. My beautiful daughter entered Waterloo and came out a foaming-at-the-mouth Marxist with two STEM degrees. I weep.

          1. “Three in Canada?”

That was my thought too. KM didn’t mention Canada in his initial post, true, but Daniel did in his reply. I can only hope that KM’s faith in Canadian universities following the lead of American ones is not misplaced ( I have my doubts).

Have you ever known them not to?

At any rate, I think those universities who emphasize education over indoctrination will thrive — in part because they’ll offer something of value, and in part because they’ll have lower tuition rates due to lower administration costs — and those who don’t will slowly diminish, although some may take many decades.

  4. Frankly I hope the protests continue for months to come. With saturation coverage of course. Higher education is hopelessly broken, churning out communist revolutionaries by the thousands, and these protests help more and more people see the light. It helps Trump too. FROM THE RIVER TO THE SEA! LOL!!!

  5. Let’s apply the new rules we learned during the DNC’s 2020 Mostly Peaceful Summer.

    All Professors Are Bastards.
    Defund the Universities.
