  1. Yeah lets negotiate a carve out starting with those who burn dry cow shit, then wood stoves, pellet stove etc. You can phase it in. The point is the Atlantic carve out was a pure political deal designed to favour the LPC. A slap in the face to Saskatchewan and every other province. It also served as the death knell of the librano carbon tax.

  2. “We do not support the carbon tax and we believe that Scott Moe could have gotten an Atlantic-style carve-out for Saskatchewan families”

As always, Beck is full of it and spouts nonsense that she feels would appeal to the people of Saskatchewan. We all know that her ultimate boss, the turbaned parasite in Ottawa, loves the carbon tax and I strongly suspect that Beck leans that way also. As for her assertion that Premier Moe should have negotiated a deal …. does she not realize that the powers that be in Ottawa have no interest in “negotiating” anything with provinces that would never vote Liberal. Beck should stick to criticizing the government for getting out of the liquor business and axing the Saskatchewan Transportation Company. This carbon tax thing is way out of her league.

  3. Yeah, sure. It’s Moe’s and Saskatchewan’s fault for being in the wrong party. – as opposed to those Liberal voting, EI addicts in Atlantic Canada.
Beck and her fellow travellers enjoy creating the illusion that there’s this magical firewall between the Provincial NDP and the Federal NDP. Nothing could be further from the truth. Want to bitch at someone…give Jagmeet a call. But you won’t…because when it comes down to it he’s your boss and you know it.

“We do not support the carbon tax…”
    Thanks for the laugh.

  4. Ya, the last thing Sask. needs is another NDP gov.
    She should talk to jagmeat.
He’s a great supporter of trudope.

    1. He’s an athletic supporter for Trudope, or at least performs a similar function, with benefits /puke

  5. If you are not in Canada then all of your wildest dreams can come true.

You may live in Saskatchewan and think you are in Canada but some people that are nothing like also think they are Canadian and live in Ontario. And the “law” says you have to do what they want because of freedom and dumbocracy.

So get off your knees and tell that Canada to FOAD.

  6. Meanwhile, the Liberal Federal government announces millioms of dollars for two ‘green’ power schemes to be built in Atlantic Canada. Shades of the Sponsorship scandal, gun registry boondoggle, canarrive scandal, etc. How much of these millions will disappear down the Liberal money rabbit hole?

    1. Well there’s an election on the horizon after all,,,
      FUNDS, WILL BE NEEDED !!!
and the Laurentian Criminals( I’ve stopped calling them elite) don’t want to fund the lpc, all by themselves.

  7. Carla the Dimwit doesn’t seem to understand that her party has been smashed flat in every single election since 2007. In fact, the Sask NDP has been virtually annihilated in the elections of 2011 and 2016. In fact the Sask Party is getting stronger, not weaker.

So Carlie the Dimmie, do you think that taking positions AGAINST the interests of Saskatchewan voters actually helps your party?
Are you under the delusion that actually providing tax money to government has the slightest effect in reducing CO2 emissions, even granted the assumption that reducing CO2 emissions is desirable?
Are you trying to put Moe into the Premier’s office permanently, and is this just all a vast right-wing conspiracy that you are selling out the NDP for filthy lucre? (Because you’re doing a really good job of ensuring you will lose every single election.)

    1. “Are you under the delusion that actually providing tax money to government has the slightest effect in reducing CO2 emissions, even granted the assumption that reducing CO2 emissions is desirable?”

I don’t think that anyone that can actually think through the facts and the numbers and realize that nothing Canada does will ever make a difference in global CO2 emissions or levels, would ever join the NDP. Math is hard for leftists, and if you try to do it for them they just plug their ears and double down on their ideology.

      1. Agreed, and this discussion is all based on the unproven premise that CO2 emission increases are all adverse. That stated, What Canada does is irrelevant, and what all the OECD nations do is irrelevant except the United States. What matters is what the world’s largest emitters do: China, USA, India. The rest is mere statistical noise.

It strikes me as interesting that people supposedly so highly educated are so utterly blind to what differences in orders of magnitude mean. What it suggests is that socialism, the politics of the Left, is an irrational religious cult with no more logic or consistency than the extreme silliness of things like Scientology (which was nothing more than the insane delusions of a very bad SF writer – L Ron Hubbard.)

If in fact CO2 increases produce some beneficial effect for life on our world, then AGW most likely is a deliberated deception being foisted off on us. Certainly at the very least it is a First World Problem, where implementing anything about it will increase the amount of hunger, poverty, premature death and disease in the world. And it is of no interest to anyone not having our levels of personal wealth, health, life expectancy. Barring the Third World from these things makes AGW a pure form of evil if ever there was one.

  8. If she wants to reduce emissions she should stop talking out of her arse.
The Federal Government is an enemy of all the people of Saskatchewan.

    1. You will never solve any problems unless you know the enemy. That’s the Liberal Party of Canada, currently controlling the federal government.

  9. The Federal government is also the enemy, Marxist to the core. They are willingly controlled by the LPC and indeed running cover when needed.

  10. If you’re gullible enough to believe the NDP cares that natural gas for home heating is more expensive from carbon taxes, I have some prime ocean front property in Southern Alberta for sale.

  11. I thought an “Atlantic-style carve-out” was a Maritime tradition of serving donairs at beach parties?
